1.Workwithdesignerstodevelopthedesirableproductsaccordingtothetightlytimeframe;

2.Guidingthefactoriesonthesamplesmodificationsbaseonthefeedbackfromtheheadquarter;

3.Negotiatingwiththevendorsforthequotation;

4.Monitoringthemassproductionschedule,controllingeverystep,andensurefinishedgoodsshippedontimeincorrectshippingmode;

5.Responsibleforallissuesrelatedtotheproductandtechnicalsupporttothefactories;

6.Rawmaterialsandnewfactories/productsourcingtomeetcompany'sobjectives.

Requirements:

1.Collegegraduateorabove;

2.2yearsorabovesolidexperiencesinaccessoriesbusiness,suchashats,gloves,scarves,socks,legging;

3.StrongcommunicationskillsinEnglishandMandarin;

4.Strongknowledgeofrelevantproducts;

5.Goodunderstandingofthecustomerrequirementsandbusinessdevelopment;

6.Goodimageandlikefashion;
