職位描述:
1、協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理制定銷售計劃和庫存計劃,在銷售數(shù)據(jù)和庫存數(shù)據(jù)存在較大、非正常偏差時做出預(yù)警;
2、根據(jù)年、月銷售計劃和實際銷售情況,協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理及時調(diào)整供需;
3、根據(jù)銷售部計劃和銷售情況,協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理完成車輛訂單計劃;
4、負(fù)責(zé)日、月、年銷售、庫存狀況的統(tǒng)計,匯總及分析,并將信息及時上報銷售部經(jīng)理并反饋給相關(guān)銷售人員;
5、匯總、上傳廠方需要的各項信息,并進行整理、統(tǒng)計和分析;
6、保管原始銷售資料及憑證,建立月銷售管理檔案;
7、負(fù)責(zé)及時準(zhǔn)確錄入DMS系統(tǒng),完成包括零售,申報等錄入工作;
8、協(xié)助銷售部經(jīng)理,新車庫管人員進行車輛的分配,調(diào)動。
職位要求:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷,具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力;
2、具有汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先,具有銷售行政崗位經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
3、熟悉使用辦公自動化軟件;
