商務合作部經理崗位職責
工作職責:
1、負責途家飛豬店鋪的整體運營管理及銷售工作,對店鋪盈虧結果及運營狀態負責;
2、配合產品/客服/設計等部門進行房源預訂全流程梳理,客訴升級處理等,保證渠道服務穩定性;
3、具備較強策劃能力,根據平臺的網絡市場,進行不定期策劃、營銷活動等,有效銜接并配合公司內部資源;
4、負責飛豬店日常運營數據分析(關注UV、PV、銷量、轉化率等)、問題整改提升,跟蹤競爭及行業動態;
5、負責飛豬店直通車、淘寶客、微淘、論壇社區、SEM營銷、寶貝標題優化等各類營銷推廣;
任職資格:
1、本科以上學歷;三年以上電子商務運營經驗,熟悉飛豬渠道規則,具備系統的數據解讀能力;
2、有淘寶/天貓/京東平臺店鋪成功運營案例,有過大型品牌運營經驗/豐富團隊管理經驗者優先考慮;
3、熟悉OTA、民宿市場,有較強市場敏感度,能夠通過熱點信息等及時對項目做出方向性調整;
4、具備優秀的溝通和談判能力以及良好的匯報總結能力,能夠承受壓力,有創新精神,具備良好的團隊合作精神和高度的責任感;
