AsaseniorconsultantinRetirementPractice,youwillberesponsibleforkeyprojectdeliverablesandactasajuniorprojectmanager.Youwillworkwithotherseniorconsultantstoinitiatebusinessdevelopmentopportunities,generatingrevenueandmanagingclientrelationshipsonadaytodaybasistooffersolutionsandpresentresults.

Dutiesandresponsibilities
?Developtechnicalknowledgeandskillsintheareaofretirement

?MaintainclientsrelationshiponadaytodaybasisbygeneratingbroaderHRdialoguesandidentifyqualifiedneeds
?Increaseefficiencywithinclientteamsbyidentifyingwaystoimproveprocesses
?Demonstratenaturaleaseandeffectivenesswhendealingwithclients/colleaguesatalllevels
?DeliverprojectstomeetorexceedclientexpectationsandinternalPErequirements
?Influenceandencourageinternalteamsandleaderstothinkmorebroadlyaboutourofferingtoclients
