歐美制造公司因業(yè)務(wù)需要新招職位,徐匯區(qū)港匯廣場上班,朝九晚六。要求5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,同時接觸過進口訂單和出口訂單,有系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗,英文熟練溝通,工作認真仔細,抗壓能力強。
1.公司文化很好,同事都很平易近人。
2.上海辦公室20人左右,公司小而精,接下來會有很多業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)移到中國來,公司屬于上升發(fā)展期。
3.需要尋找英文口語熟練溝通,仔細認真有耐心的CSR
4.需要候選人是全日制本科學(xué)歷,積極主動,能handson做事情
工作職責(zé)概述:
1.收到客戶的訂單系統(tǒng)里下單
2.等美國工廠收到訂單,排計劃,美國那邊貨代會訂艙
3.收到訂艙信息發(fā)給客戶
4.等船開了之后香港那邊會做文件的
5.客戶投訴,還有系統(tǒng)這塊也很重要,維護提意見
6.和船公司開會評估服務(wù)

崗位職責(zé):
1)保持良好的形象,注重禮儀禮貌,協(xié)助站長對站內(nèi)員工的行為舉止、衣著等進行監(jiān)督,樹立良好的員工形象
2)熟悉樓宇信息、租戶信息,熟悉常規(guī)問題的處理方法以及突發(fā)事件的處理方案
3)負責(zé)受理和妥善處理租戶的電話投訴或上門投訴,調(diào)節(jié)租戶與公司之間的關(guān)系
4)接待租戶的上門咨詢,記錄客戶咨詢、投訴內(nèi)容,及時反饋給站長進行安排處理
5)及時發(fā)現(xiàn)來電及上門客戶的需求和意見,并記錄整理和及時匯報至站長處
6)定期回訪和維護租戶,保持租戶與公司的良好的關(guān)系

責(zé)任工作:負責(zé)訂單信息回訪工作。
日常工作與職責(zé):
1、負責(zé)對再投訂單、未反饋訂單、和不確定訂單進行逐個跟蹤訂單回訪。當(dāng)日回訪數(shù)據(jù)及時回復(fù)給相關(guān)信息人員,回訪量必須在當(dāng)天下午和第二天上午完成,回訪率必須是100%。
2、所負責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)的每日催單及時取得站點負責(zé)人回復(fù),跟進此訂單送貨狀況3天。
3、每日提取回訪訂單表時異常訂單信息和站點不屬實信息訂單給平臺主管。
4、每周三次定時定期追蹤信息員給各站點下退單的退回實際情況及時匯總至主管處告知運營部。
5、每日核算各業(yè)務(wù)公司的再投量訂單和成交率反饋給主管。
6、月末協(xié)助和監(jiān)督信息員及時核對訂單庫存,并要求負責(zé)人簽字后,以文本形式交與客服主管。
7、處理每日各站點送貨員及業(yè)務(wù)公司相關(guān)人員的問題處理,投訴處理。問題處理需在5分鐘內(nèi)給與對方答復(fù),投訴處理需在當(dāng)天給與業(yè)務(wù)公司相關(guān)人員答復(fù),嚴重問題處理不了的上報平臺主管協(xié)助處理。
