篇2:資深咨詢顧問崗位職責內(nèi)容

1.負責項目市場研究規(guī)劃與落實。

2.負責項目管理,項目組內(nèi)外部研討。

3.負責公司組織設(shè)計、戰(zhàn)略制定、人力資源管理。

4.研究客戶需求、產(chǎn)業(yè)趨勢、市場和競爭狀況,為業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)決策提供依據(jù)。

篇3:資深銷售顧問崗位職責

資深銷售顧問崗位職責:

1.根據(jù)企業(yè)中高端人才招聘需求,為企業(yè)制度中高端人才招聘解決方案,推廣獵聘的招聘平臺會員及項目服務產(chǎn)品;

2.熟悉本公司及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品,通過各種渠道收集潛在客戶信息;

3.完成客戶談判及簽訂書面合同文件,達成相應開發(fā)量目標;

4.保證整體銷售環(huán)節(jié)順暢,解決銷售過程中客戶產(chǎn)生的問題;

5.跟蹤服務已簽約客戶,確保付款過程順利;達成公司規(guī)定的相應任務;

6.建立及整理客戶檔案,與客戶建立長期互利的合作關(guān)系。

任職要求:

1、統(tǒng)招大專學歷以上;有招聘、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗者為佳;

2、溝通能力強,具有高度責任心和團隊合作精神;

3、熱愛銷售工作,有強烈的進取心,能在壓力下工作;

4、熟練使用internet及office辦公軟件。
