職位描述：

1、制定供應(yīng)商管理制度、流程及供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建立供應(yīng)商評估體系及獎懲機(jī)制并落地執(zhí)行；

2、根據(jù)商品需求，制定供應(yīng)資源開發(fā)計劃，完成尋源工作，建立供應(yīng)商資源庫；

3、供應(yīng)商考評管理，供應(yīng)商KPI指標(biāo)的制定、考評，并能提出改善方案，幫助其提升作業(yè)品質(zhì)；

4、負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商培訓(xùn)資料，為公司對供應(yīng)商培訓(xùn)和總結(jié)，提供數(shù)據(jù)支持；

5、負(fù)責(zé)部門團(tuán)隊(duì)搭建及員工績效管理，制定員工培養(yǎng)與發(fā)展計劃，搭建人才梯隊(duì)。

職位要求;

1、大專以上學(xué)歷，6年以上的服裝工作資歷，4年以上的生產(chǎn)管理或供應(yīng)鏈管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，

2、精通供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與管理，熟悉服裝生產(chǎn)工藝和開發(fā)的流程，熟悉相關(guān)商品的產(chǎn)地及供應(yīng)商分布，

3、具有良好的職業(yè)操守和敬業(yè)精神，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有挑戰(zhàn)突破精神，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通談判能力、計劃能力，能適應(yīng)出差。

1、組織并指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)鏈部門對行業(yè)趨勢、供應(yīng)商、競爭對手進(jìn)行調(diào)研與分析

6、根據(jù)供應(yīng)商月度考評結(jié)果,推動供應(yīng)商實(shí)施改善

任職要求:

1、具有5年以上采購管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),以供應(yīng)商開發(fā)為主要職能的經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳;

2、較強(qiáng)的文字、口頭表達(dá)能力和商務(wù)談判能力
