根據(jù)貴司20**年度物料外包業(yè)務(wù)采購招標文件要求,我司如有幸成為貴司該印刷項目的中標供應(yīng)商,在協(xié)議供貨有效期內(nèi),我司將在產(chǎn)品供貨質(zhì)量方面作如下質(zhì)量保證承諾:

一、保證嚴格按照招標文件要求和我司投標文件的承諾,按中標價格及時向貴局提供中標的高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。若因我司自身原因而產(chǎn)生的質(zhì)量問題,我司愿承擔(dān)一切責(zé)任。

二、該印刷項目我司將安排專人全程負責(zé)跟蹤整個生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)提供過程,貴司的任何需求我司隨叫隨到,全力配合貴司需求。

三、如發(fā)現(xiàn)我司因自身原因違反招標文件或保證書的有關(guān)規(guī)定或承諾時,貴司有權(quán)停止我司中標供應(yīng)商資格。情節(jié)嚴重時,按規(guī)定接受處罰。

五、貴司所有印刷物,我司保證在實際生產(chǎn)過程中安排專人嚴格控制好質(zhì)量,做好產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程各種檢驗工作,確保出庫產(chǎn)品合格率100%。

六、貴司所有印刷物,我司承諾絕對保密,如有泄密情況我司愿承擔(dān)一切責(zé)任,并賠償損失。

七、我司在為貴司生產(chǎn)和報務(wù)提供過程中,將嚴格按要求積極協(xié)助貴司進行印刷產(chǎn)品的各類防護管理工作。

2.負責(zé)對IQC以及相關(guān)人員的培訓(xùn)。
