-Beabletoanalyzetheproductionprocessesofthesuppliers(feasibilityprocessapproval).

-Workoutimprovementactivitiestogetherwiththesuppliersandforcetofulfillthem

-Takepartonpotentialsupplieranalysisforthetechnicalsection

-Taketheresponsibilityinthecomplaintmanagement(troubleshooting)bythesuppliersincaseofactualqualitymattersonJVside(frontdeskSQA)

-SupportaccordingthePlantSQAescalationlevelsofinsufficientdeliveryperformances

-Givetechnicalsupportforthepurchasing,andthetechnicaldepartments

-LeadingSourcingboardactivitiesfromTechJVandCMJVsideinregardstopurchasingandSupplierqualityrelatedtopics

QualificationRequirements:

-Bachelor'sdegreeorabove,majoredinmechanicalengineeringorrelated

-Strongexperienceandtechnicalexpertiseinautomobilepartsandprocessesandminimum8yearworkingexperiencewithautomobilecompanyonsupplierdevelopmentandqualitycontroljob,minimum3yearsworkingexperienceinOEM

-Solidsupplierqualitymanagementexperienceinaninternationalcompany

-Minimum5yearworkingexperienceonmanagementroleassupplierqualityanddevelopmentManager

-Goodcommandofqualityauditsystemandqualitytools(APQP,VDA,etc.)

-GoodcommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese

供應商總監崗位職責

供應商總監1.負責統籌搭建從客戶端到供應商端涉及供應商管理的業務流程、標準,并推動在集團運行和不斷優化;

2.負責搭建從尋源開發、準入認證、業務合作直至退出的供應商全生命周期管理體系及運行管理;

3.負責建立并持續完善與供應商協同、價值創造的管理政策和運行機制;

4.負責體系戰略規劃與中長期計劃制定、人才培養、流程制度、商務信息化平臺等體系建設及商務風險管控。

1、本科以上學歷,工科相關專業背景,汽車、工程機械、機械制造業相關行業;

2、具備采購、質量行業五年以上相關工作經驗,三年以上中層管理工作經驗,獲得9000/16949體系考核認證;

3、熟悉供應商開發、認證、準入與退出流程及采購程序;
