-Takepartonpotentialsupplieranalysisforthetechnicalsection
-Taketheresponsibilityinthecomplaintmanagement(troubleshooting)bythesuppliersincaseofactualqualitymattersonJVside(frontdeskSQA)
-SupportaccordingthePlantSQAescalationlevelsofinsufficientdeliveryperformances
-Givetechnicalsupportforthepurchasing,andthetechnicaldepartments
-LeadingSourcingboardactivitiesfromTechJVandCMJVsideinregardstopurchasingandSupplierqualityrelatedtopics
QualificationRequirements:
-Bachelor'sdegreeorabove,majoredinmechanicalengineeringorrelated
-Strongexperienceandtechnicalexpertiseinautomobilepartsandprocessesandminimum8yearworkingexperiencewithautomobilecompanyonsupplierdevelopmentandqualitycontroljob,minimum3yearsworkingexperienceinOEM
-Solidsupplierqualitymanagementexperienceinaninternationalcompany
-Minimum5yearworkingexperienceonmanagementroleassupplierqualityanddevelopmentManager
-Goodcommandofqualityauditsystemandqualitytools(APQP,VDA,etc.)
-GoodcommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese

供應(yīng)商總監(jiān)1.負責統(tǒng)籌搭建從客戶端到供應(yīng)商端涉及供應(yīng)商管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程、標準,并推動在集團運行和不斷優(yōu)化;
2.負責搭建從尋源開發(fā)、準入認證、業(yè)務(wù)合作直至退出的供應(yīng)商全生命周期管理體系及運行管理;
3.負責建立并持續(xù)完善與供應(yīng)商協(xié)同、價值創(chuàng)造的管理政策和運行機制;
4.負責體系戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與中長期計劃制定、人才培養(yǎng)、流程制度、商務(wù)信息化平臺等體系建設(shè)及商務(wù)風險管控。
1、本科以上學(xué)歷,工科相關(guān)專業(yè)背景,汽車、工程機械、機械制造業(yè)相關(guān)行業(yè);
2、具備采購、質(zhì)量行業(yè)五年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,三年以上中層管理工作經(jīng)驗,獲得9000/16949體系考核認證;
3、熟悉供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、認證、準入與退出流程及采購程序;
