高級供應商管理經理工作職責與職位要求

職位描述：

工作職責：

1、負責構建供應商管理機制，建立供應商管理標準、流程、工具等，保證供應商管理標準化、規范化；

2、定期組織對合格供應商進行評價管理（日常管理和年度評價，包括不限于供應商資質、合作過程、履約能力等評審）并輸出相關統計分析報告，針對有問題的供應商及時要求整改并跟蹤驗證，跟進供應商考核指標，制定指標改善方案，持續優化供應商管理制度規定；

3、負責開發引進各品類供應商資源，并跟蹤開發計劃，組織主導新供應商的準入審核（包括不限于資質審核、現場考察審核、產品驗證等，）建立供應商信息庫并維護合格供應商名錄，確定供應商級別；

4、快速響應采購需求，針對項目及時輸出合格供應商；

5、參與供應商的尋源、采購工作，及時淘汰不合格供應商。

職位要求:

1、本科以上學歷，有5年以上采購成本控制及供應商管理經驗，具備一定的供應商開發專業知識。

2、熟悉建筑裝飾或耐用消費品行業主要供應商資源、材料、品牌及市場占有率、價格等信息。

3、具有良好的人格品質，可抵擋不良誘惑，高度的責任心，很強的執行力，積極主動的工作態度，良好的溝通能力，較強的協調組織能力、計劃與控制能力。
