供應商管理(開發)經理奧咨達醫療器械服務集團廣州奧咨達醫療器械技術股份有限公司,奧咨達,奧咨達醫療器械服務集團,奧咨達職責描述:

1.負責優質供應商開發和導入工作,并提出整合及優化的合理化建議;

2.基于合格供應名錄,不斷優化供應商資源,維護供方關系;

3.完成管轄物料及供應商年度降本指標、供應商績效提升指標;

4.完成對供應商年度評審工作。

5.適時參與供應商交付保障工作;

6.參與品質管控工作,協助質量、研發部門與供應商簽訂質量協議及相關技術協議;

7.領導交代的其他工作。

任職要求:

1.本科以上學歷;

2.8年以上供應商開發及管理經驗、有醫療行業供應商開發管理背景、懂ISO13485或GMP體系審核體系;

3.熟悉醫療器械(有源器械、無源器械、IVD試劑)工藝及成本組成,商務談判;

4.具責任心及抗壓能力。

崗位職責:

1、組織并指導供應鏈部門對行業趨勢、供應商、競爭對手進行調研與分析

2、結合辦公用品戰略規劃及產品規劃,制定供應商開發計劃,并按標準實施;

3、每月對(戰略及儲備)供應商進行調研,對供應資源進行持續優化;

4、通過供應資源的整合,提升產品品質,降低產品成本,推動目標達成;

5、根據供應商開發計劃及實際考察情況,修改供應商評價標準。

6、根據供應商月度考評結果,推動供應商實施改善

任職要求:

1、具有5年以上采購管理崗位工作經驗,以供應商開發為主要職能的經驗尤佳;

2、較強的文字、口頭表達能力和商務談判能力
