職位描述：
職位職責：
1、按照SOP流程對AAV藥物核酸QPCR檢測；
2、按照SOP流程能夠進行瓊脂糖凝膠電泳檢測；
3、按照SOP流程對AAV藥物蛋白進行SDS-PAGE染色檢測；
4、按SOP流程對內中產物和終產物進行內毒素檢測；
5、參與制定、優化SOP，及時反饋檢測過程中遇到的問題；
4、協助qc實驗室的日常管理。
職位要求：
1、中專上學歷，生物醫學相關專業；
2、有分子生物學實驗室經驗優先考慮；
3、具有良好的操作習慣，良好的人際溝通能力，和較強的團隊意識，穩重、認真、勤奮，責任心強。

1.調研生物技術藥物國際研究進展，整理、分析、提煉相關信息，提出立項推薦，并撰寫調研報告定期匯報；
2.及時更新研發項目進展，分析項目開發風險并對項目開發提供相關信息參考；
3.調研生物技術領域相關項目和公司，評估技術平臺優勢及風險，提出合作建議；
4.與其他部門銜接項目背景、技術等相關資料準備，提供文字或PPT報告。
職位要求：
1.學歷要求：碩士及以上
2.專業要求：醫學、藥學、生物學相關專業
3.工作經驗和能力要求：
1)熟悉生物技術藥物開發流程，了解國內外制藥工業界重磅藥物及相關新聞資訊；
2)具有較強邏輯思考能力，頭腦清晰，反應敏銳，思維縝密；
3)具有較強的文獻資料及信息搜集和整理分析能力；
4)從事過項目調研和申報資料類的工作優先考慮.
4.職業素養：工作負責，積極努力，有進取心，勤勉不懈，態度嚴謹。能積極學習新知識和技能，注重自身發展，具有團隊精神，樂于與他人溝通，適應能力強。
