·Initiate,recommendorprovidesolutionsthroughdesignatedchannels;

·Continuouslycomplywithplantsafety,environmentproceduresandregulationsincludingproperuseofindustrialsafetyequipment

·Participateinqualityactivitiesandfollow/maintainQS9000/TS16949requirements;

·Contribute&supportproductreleaseactivities(PPAP/ISIR/Audits/SOP)

Qualifications

·UniversitydegreeinMechanical/ElectricalEngineeringorrelatedfields

·6-10yearsworkexperience;2yearsterminEuropeancompany,usedtowesternstylemanagement

·ExcellentcommandofEnglish

·AbletoworkinGermanbasedbusinessenvironment,communicate&cooperatewiththeheadquartermanagers

·Abilitytoadapttochangingcircumstances

篇2:項目生產經理安全責任職責

1.協助項目經理,認真貫徹執行安全生產方針.政策.法規,落實本單位各項安全生產管理制度。對項目的安全生產負直接領導責任。

2.認真落實安全生產的法規、標準、規范及規章制度,定期檢查落實情況。組織均衡生產,保障安全工作與生產任務協調一致。對改善勞動條件.預防傷亡事故的項目必須視同生產任務,納入生產計劃優先安排。

3.組織實施各項安全技術措施,組織安全設施驗收工作,檢查指導安全技術交底。

4.組織對進入施工現場的中、小型機械設備的檢查驗收。

5.參加對進入施工現場的大型設備的檢查驗收。

6.組織并參加每天的現場安全巡視,組織有關人員定期進行安全生產和文明施工檢查工作,并對發現的問題組織整改。

7.加強對項目管理人員的安全教育,提高管理層的安全意識。

8.組織項目積極參加各項現場達標活動。

9.發生傷亡事故時組織搶救人員、保護現場,并及時上報。

篇3:項目生產經理的管理職責

1、負責參與編制項目質量計劃、各類施工技術方案、項目職業健康安全管理計劃、環境管理計劃;

2、負責編制工程施工生產計劃(網絡計劃圖)及橫道進度計劃圖,并保證生產計劃的實現,負責組織生產,協調各工種的配合,合理調配資源,安排各工序、各工種之間的銜接,并及時為交叉作業工程提交工作面;

3、協助項目經理實施公司質量方針、項目部質量目標、及項目質量保證計劃,對工程質量負直接責任;

4、負責組織施工生產的配合、調度工作,及施工現場的管理工作,保證生產計劃順利進行,并按合同要求完成施工任務;

5、負責將每月工程實際進度與計劃進度進行對比,對任何的延誤進行原因分析,提出補救措施;

6、負責在項目組織中實施《質量計劃控制工作程序》;

7、負責對總承包范圍內各專業施工隊伍對工期進度、質量控制、安全生產、文明施工、環境保護、成品保護等工作進行綜合管理;

8、負責結合進度計劃及其保證措施,對資源投入、勞動力安排、材料設備進出場等問題提出計劃;

9、負責現場施工的管理控制工作,與項目質檢部門聯系已完分部分項工程質量、檢驗批質量驗收工作。
