職責描述:
1.受理物業服務類、地產服務類投訴,并且向相關責任部門及時發送投訴處理通知單;
2.協助各部門分析、調查客戶投訴的原因,提出投訴處理方案或建議;
3.向客戶反饋投訴處理意見,并跟蹤投訴處理結果,做好客戶回訪工作;
4.負責對客戶投訴進行登記、編號、整理和建立一戶一檔業主投訴檔案;?
5.對客戶投訴情況進行分析,撰寫報告,提出改進服務的建議;
6.定期編寫客戶意見調查報告和服務調查報告,報物業經理審閱;?
7.協助物業經理制定相關管理制度,提出自己的建議;
8.完成上級領導交辦的其他任務。
職位要求:
1.男女不限,大專以上學歷,年齡23-35之間;
2.電腦操作熟練,熟悉Office辦公軟件;
3.熟悉房修及物業綜合服務等相關專業知識及操作流程;
4.溝通能力、談判能力、協調能力強;
5.普通話標準、口齒伶俐,語言表達能力強,善于溝通;
6.頭腦清晰,思維敏捷,耐心細致,做事認真負責;
7.有團隊合作精神,有一切以客戶利益出發的服務精神。
