崗位職責:

1.受理客戶投訴,及時聯系責任方處理好客戶投訴;

2.負責客戶滿意度回訪,分析真實客戶滿意情況并作出改進;

3.負責劃分客戶投訴問題的責任界定,提升處理效率;

4.負責客戶投訴受理流程的改進;

5.定期制作客戶服務工作情況總結報告報上級審批

任職要求:

1、大專以上學歷;

2、有較強的溝通能力,仔細度高,責任心強;

3、積極主動為客戶解決問題;

4、有物流工作經驗的優先;
