JOBSUMMARY

MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES
?Underthedirectionoftherestaurantmanager,supervisestheoperationsinaspecificfoodservicerestaurantand/orstand.Responsibleforthehighstandardsofserviceefficiency,training,sanitation,cleanlinessandmaintenanceoftheworkareasatalltimes.
?Assisttomanagerestaurantsales,directoperatingexpenses,costofgoodssoldandquality,profitability,andguestsatisfaction.Reviewoperatingresultswiththeteamandidentifyopportunitiestoimproveperformance.Performotherdutiesasassigned.
?Assistwiththepreparationandcookingoffoodinaccordancetostandardsrecipesandservingguidespecifications.Thisrolewillencompasstheimplementationofoperatingproceduresandstandards,themanagementanddevelopmentofteammembers,andliaisewithattractionmanagementtoensurethatUBRshortandlongtermgoalsaremet.AssisttheExecutiveCheftooverseedailyculinaryoperationsandalloperatingequipmentcleanlinesswithinthekitchentomeethygienestandardsatalltime.Responsibleforinventorychecksanddailyordering.

QUALIFICATIONS
?Minimum5-7years’experienceinanintegratedresort,restaurantgroup,privatecluborluxuryhotelchain.

?Teamorientedapproachtomanagementwithamindsetofopencommunications.
?Capableofbuildingandmanagingrelationshipswithmultipledepartmentsaswellasguests.

1、每天了解各收款點情況,閱讀稽核情況報告,核查餐廳收銀點報表;
2、檢查收款員是否準時到崗,有否做好收款準備工作。認真處理工作中出現問題,及時匯報;
3、建立收款員個人檔案,將收款員平時表現記錄下來,定期評估優劣獎懲;
4、不定期突擊檢查收款員備用金,并將抽查結果記錄下來。作為評估收款員參考資料;
5、抓紀律、抓考勤。注意收款員儀容儀表,檢查收款員有無上班時間看書、看報、或竄崗等。加強優質服務的要求;
6、合理排班,靈活調動,在缺人情況下不影響收款工作;
7、針對平時出現問題,每周進行1―2次服務技能培訓,對餐收工作程序、收款操作進行必要的復習、講解,加深印象,定期檢查、考核;
8、密切與各餐廳聯系,針對存在問題進行整改,提高服務效率。
