職位:變頻器售后技術(shù)工程師

解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)變頻器技術(shù)問(wèn)題,有豐富的變頻器調(diào)試,debug經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

SupportTasks

Seniorengineersarerequiredto:

1.Achievethehighestleveloftrainingonaspecificproductrange,eg.Motion,Redundancy,AdvancedSoftware,etc.

2.AcceptBreakdownSituationTicketsfromLevel1or2engineerswhentheyareunabletoresolvecallsonfirstcontact.

3.AcceptTicketsfromthequeueevenwhennottrainedontheproduct

4.Performin-depthresearchondifficulttechnicalproblemswhichcannotberesolvedthroughthetypicalresourcesusedbyLevel1and2engineers(documentationandKnowledgeBase,etc).Suchin-depthresearchmayinvolvecallstoproductspecialistsanywhereintheworld,duplicatingfaultsinthetechsupportlab,ordirectingon-siteengineers.

5.BeinvolvedwithCustomerFirstescalationswhichinvolvesthreemaintasks:

?Beingtheprimarytechnicaltrouble-shooterfortheproblem,oratleastidentifyingthebesttechnicalpeopletoworkonthecases

?MaintainingtheTicketdocumentation

?Managingtheresolutionbyinvolvingthekeypeopletodevelopactionplanstoresolve–whoisgoingtodowhatbywhen

6.Actasprimarycontactandprovidingadegreeoftechnicalaccountcoordinationforhighvaluecustomersintheregion.(eg.GlobalAccounts).

7.Providecoaching,eitherindividually,oringroups(suchasLunch&Learns),toLevel1and2TechnicalSupportEngineers.Assistinup-skillingotherTechnicalSupportEngineersintechnicalorproceduralprocesses.

8.LiaisewithotherdepartmentswithinRAtodealwithproductsupportorqualityissues

9.ChampionandpromoteKCSParticipation.

10.HaveknowledgeofApplicationSupportandCustomRemoteSupportdeliverables,andcapableofactingasaPrimarySupportLead(PSL).

11.CoordinateIBLStudentactivitiestobebothproductiveandlearningexperiences.

12.Actasstand-inSupervisorforthegroupwhentheSupervisorisabsent.

Qualifications

Minimum:DiplomaorCertificateinElectricalorElectronicengineeringorITorappropriateworkexperience

Preferred:Degreeleveleducation,inMechatronicsandIT/ComputerScience

Languages

Minimum:Fluent(Verbal&Written)Chinese.

Preferred:FluentinEnglish.

Experience

Minimum:OneyearexperienceasaLevel2TechnicalSupportEngineerorfieldengineerequivalent.

1、做好用戶的送貨及設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試工作。

2、做好安裝調(diào)試記錄,包括產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)性信息、用戶的詳細(xì)信息及相關(guān)人員信息。

3、對(duì)公司售出產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行售后服務(wù)和維修。

4、服務(wù)過(guò)程中的信息要及時(shí)反饋給相關(guān)人員,并作記錄。

5、認(rèn)真填寫(xiě)《技術(shù)服務(wù)報(bào)告單》,所涉及的文件文檔資料要及時(shí)存檔備份。

6、開(kāi)拓新市場(chǎng),增加新客戶。

7、參加本部門(mén)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。

8、樹(shù)立索福公司的專業(yè)形象,保證索福公司的名譽(yù)不受到侵害。

篇3:售后支持工程師:職位說(shuō)明書(shū)

崗位描述:

1、專業(yè)人員職位,在上級(jí)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督下定期完成量化的工作要求,并能獨(dú)立處理和解決所負(fù)責(zé)的任務(wù);

2、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的售前支持、方案編寫(xiě)、產(chǎn)品演示;

3、參與培訓(xùn)用戶,提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)等售后技術(shù)支持工作;

4、配合銷(xiāo)售做好產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)推廣;

5、技術(shù)應(yīng)用的推廣、培訓(xùn)。

任職資格:

1、大專以上學(xué)歷;

2、相關(guān)專業(yè),有2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3、待人誠(chéng)實(shí)可信,具有親和力,語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力和動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng);

4、能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差及不定時(shí)的工作制。
