?Liaisewithregionalcustomers,partnersandHQintheUK
?Wherenecessary,advisingcustomersregardingtechnicalspecificationsofproductsincludingdeliverytimes,costsetc.
?Providingtechnicalguidancetoexistingandnewsupplierstoassistinthecorrectproductionandsupplyofmaterials
?Managingtheprocessofstandardandrepeatpurchaseordersfromplacementtoreceipt.
?Tosupporttheprocessoftheidentificationandqualificationofnewsuppliers
?Dealingwithcustomercomplaintsandenquiries.

?接待和處理客戶(hù)的產(chǎn)品咨詢(xún)、詢(xún)價(jià)單、以及訂單。
?給客戶(hù)提供技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、應(yīng)用方面的咨詢(xún);以及價(jià)格、貨期等方面的建議。
?甄別和跟進(jìn)潛在的客戶(hù)、和訂單機(jī)會(huì)。
?管理訂單采購(gòu)方面的作業(yè)流程,包括從下單到收貨。
?處理客戶(hù)的售后問(wèn)題,包括投訴處理、和問(wèn)題處理,等等。
?跟進(jìn)英國(guó)方面、或其它相關(guān)公司提供的報(bào)價(jià)單。
?與英國(guó)的采購(gòu)部門(mén)、或其它供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)上的合作。
?通過(guò)與客戶(hù)的溝通,鑒別潛在的能夠?yàn)楣咎峁└鄼C(jī)會(huì)的供應(yīng)商。
?與所在地區(qū)的客戶(hù)、商業(yè)伙伴、和英國(guó)總部進(jìn)行合作。

工作職責(zé):
1、金屬材料性能分析,包括加工性能和力學(xué)性能等;
2、粉末冶金、金屬材料新產(chǎn)品/工藝開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì);
3、完成上級(jí)交付的其他事務(wù)。
任職資格:
1、碩士以上學(xué)歷,粉末冶金方向優(yōu)先
