篇2:注塑機的維修保養規程

一．目的：使設備能保持最佳的性能狀態和延長使用壽命，確保生產的正常進行。

二．適用范圍：適用于對注塑機的維護保養。

三．內容及項目：設備維修人員要定時檢查和維護，所有操作人員必須按《注塑機操作規程》進行操作。

1．每日的檢查和維護：

a．檢查操作人員是否按《注塑機操作規程》進行操作，對機器有損傷的操作要加以制止。

b．檢查機臺運行對生產的影響，如產品經常缺膠等不正常情況應立即對機器進行檢查、維修；

c．檢查液壓油的油溫是否在30-50℃之間；

d．檢查潤滑系統油量和各活動部位的潤滑情況，要求：加潤滑油部位每班至少2次以上，加潤滑脂的部位一星期一次；

f.檢查馬達聲音、鎖模部分聲音；油喉及接頭是否漏油；

g.各行程開關掣螺絲是否松動，各安全開關是否正常工作；

2.每月的例行檢查和維護：

a．各電路接點有無松脫；

b．檢查各抽氣扇是否工作，清理隔塵網上的塵埃;

c．壓力油是否清潔、不足；

d．清洗濾油網和換熱器；

e.各活動部分潤滑和螺絲松動情況；

f.是否存在遺留未解決問題，如有，應及時加以解決。

3.每年的例行檢查和維護：

a．更換變質壓力油和添加新的壓力油；

b．清理熱電偶接觸點和校正溫度表；

c．檢查電子線路接駁點、電線老化程度，保護開關；

d．檢查所有指示燈和各項性能的穩定性；

e.清潔馬達和各油掣；

f.緊固易松動部分螺絲。

4.對設備的狀況要加以標識，有異常情況不能使用的機臺要掛“待維修”、“正在維修”之類的標識；
