篇2:注塑機安全操作規(guī)程

操作者必須熟悉、了解設(shè)備操作盤上各開關(guān)按鈕功能作用,并嚴格按操作規(guī)程和注意事項進行操作。

一、開機前操作要求

1.在機器加熱啟動生產(chǎn)前要先打開冷卻水閥,觀察水道是否通暢。

2.合上控制箱邊上電源開關(guān),接通機內(nèi)電源,按面板上的電機起動按鈕啟動油泵電機。

3.初次使用和較長時間未用的機器,油泵啟動之后,要先進行幾分鐘的空載運轉(zhuǎn)后,方可開始進行操作。

4.打開料筒加熱開關(guān),調(diào)節(jié)箱門上溫度控制儀,進行溫度設(shè)定,觀察電流表電流的大小,以判定電熱圈的好壞。

5.加工停止或換料時要進行料筒清洗,清洗時需關(guān)掉電原開關(guān)進行清洗﹐清洗結(jié)束后將原料封口放至指定的位置。

注意:①清洗時射座要退回

②兩種原料交替時溫度的設(shè)定要根據(jù)原料的要求調(diào)節(jié)

二、開機時注意事項

1.使用機器時必須注意操作安全,首先檢查安全門的可靠性,在機器運轉(zhuǎn)時切記不可將手伸入鎖模機構(gòu)當中,取制品時,一定要打開安全門,在確認人員安全或模具無異物后,才能關(guān)閉安全門。在運轉(zhuǎn)中手也不能伸入機臺和模具澆口之間。修理模具時,必須關(guān)閉油泵電機。

2.由于原料的品種、制品面積的大小及形狀不同,所需的鎖模力也不一樣,調(diào)模時請按實際需要的最低鎖模力調(diào)節(jié),不僅能節(jié)省電力消耗,并將明顯地延長機器的使用壽命。

3.液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力調(diào)節(jié)應(yīng)根據(jù)各動作的要求分別進行,不宜過高,合理地使用壓力,不僅可節(jié)省能源,而且可延長機器壽命。各限位開關(guān)的位置,也應(yīng)根據(jù)制成品要求進行調(diào)節(jié),特別是注射至保壓過程中切換點的調(diào)節(jié)必須注意,否則會使制品充模不足,反之,導(dǎo)至制品產(chǎn)生過高的內(nèi)應(yīng)力或飛邊,甚至引起漲模,而使模具難以打開。

4.當螺桿或料筒內(nèi)無物料時,不宜采用高的螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速(最好在30轉(zhuǎn)/分以下),待原料充滿螺桿螺槽(熔料從噴嘴擠出時)再將螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速升高到需要的數(shù)值。以免因空轉(zhuǎn)速度過高或時間過長而刮傷螺桿或料筒。

5.料筒從室溫加熱到所需要的溫度大約需要三十分鐘。在料筒內(nèi)有殘余冷料的情況下,須再保溫180分鐘。才能啟動螺桿進行加料,以保證殘余冷料得到充分烘烤。避免產(chǎn)品不良。

6.機器開始運轉(zhuǎn),當冷卻水溫度過高時﹐逐漸開啟冷卻器的進水閥,并在使用過程中調(diào)節(jié)進水量。

7.機器的潤滑,按操作要求嚴格執(zhí)行,在缺油的狀況下運轉(zhuǎn),將嚴重磨損機件,特別是鎖模機械的連桿和鋼套,如果缺油可能發(fā)生磨損,而無法進行工作。

8.模板的模具安裝表面具有較高的加工精度,請不要使用安裝表面和平行度不良的模具及不良的螺釘,以免損傷模板和鎖模機構(gòu)性能。

9.經(jīng)常進行機臺與模具保養(yǎng),使其表面清潔。

10.射出結(jié)束時:

①關(guān)閉料斗落料插板,采用“手動”操作方式,注射座進行后退并反復(fù)進行預(yù)塑加料和注射,將料筒內(nèi)的剩余料盡量排光。

②采用“手動”操作方式,閉合模處在半合狀態(tài)。

③切斷加熱電源,關(guān)閉油泵電機、總電源及冷卻水。

④做好機器的清潔保養(yǎng)。

篇3:液壓注塑機操作規(guī)程

1、準備工作

1.1、檢查機器各部件和電器控制箱是否良好。

1.2、檢查液壓油的油位情況,儲油是否充足,啟動電機觀察軸向柱塞閥出油是否正常。

1.3、打開冷卻水閥接通冷卻水。

2、操作

2.1、裝模:將移模機構(gòu)推至最高位,塑料模裝在移動模板上,旋下固定模板,校正塑料模上模和固定模板并將螺旋擰緊,將塑料模下模緊固于移動模板上,運行移模機構(gòu),檢查模具位置是否正確。

2.2、料筒加熱:接通電器控制箱的電熱開關(guān),在料筒內(nèi)加入塑料,充分加熱使塑料熔化。

2.3、注塑操作:接通電磁閥8使移模機構(gòu)上升與塑料模具閉合,接通電磁閥6將注射柱塞壓入料筒進行注塑。注塑完畢后接通電磁閥6將注射柱塞壓退出料筒,接通電磁閥8使移模機構(gòu)下降后,可將塑料模具開啟脫模。

3、維護與保養(yǎng)

3.1、檢查液壓油的儲油情況是否充足,不足時應(yīng)及時補充,用油應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持潔凈。

3.2、潤滑點按規(guī)定定期加油潤滑,定期清洗濾油器。保持機器周圍清潔,不得使污物進入油箱。

3.3、使用后應(yīng)將機器上的污物擦凈,光滑表面應(yīng)涂油

3.4、定期檢查電器部分,清除污物、油灰塵,保持電氣觸頭清潔,經(jīng)常清除接頭上的污物和灰塵。
