1.ParticipateasalinkbetweentheEngineeringConcept,ProjectEngineeringandOperationstoincorporatenewrequirementsandequipmentstandards.

2.Developspecificationsthatmeettherequirementsforoperation,maintenanceandrobustdesignofequipmentandmachinery

3.DevelopRFQ'sequipmentthatmeettechnicalandcommercialexpectationsofNemak.

4.Leadtheconcurrentengineeringprocesswiththesupplierandthedesignapprovalprocess,ensuringthatmachineryandequipmentarereliableintheiroperation,robustdesign,lowmaintenancecost.

5.LeadtheprocessofvalidationandacceptanceofplantequipmentsupplierinNemakandintroducetotheinternalcustomer

6.Providesupporttooperationsduringthestartofmanufacturingsystem.

7.Participateasaconceptuallinkbetweenengineering,operationsandprojectstoincorporatenewrequirementsandstandards.

8.Supportthedefinitionoftheworkinggrouptoestablishthevalidationplanandcoordinationofprojectactivities.

9.Receivedrawings,picturesandinformationofnewproductsormodificationstoexistingmanufacturingoperationstoanalyzeandproducethevolumesandtimingoftheproject.

10.Receiveproposals,participatepurchasingpartofproviderstodelivertechnicaladviceandsupportinchoosingthebestoption.

11.Complywiththespecificationsofthequalityassurancesystem(ISO/TS)

12.ComplywiththerequirementsoftheQualitySysteminNemak.

篇2:前期品質工程師崗位職責

1、新項目過程質量策劃、質量文件編制、質量數據收集;

2、負責新項目的開發過程中的質量控制、進度監督;

3、負責協助新項目質量問題的推動解決;

4、負責新項目在各階段應該出具報告的監督和協調工作;

5、新項目在各階段向過程控制人員的培訓工作;

6、協助新項目送樣時零件確認檢查;

7、為已批量產品客戶投訴問題的解決提供信息支持;

8、協助新項目各分供方的布點工作以及過程中出現的推動解決;

9、協助新項目檢具的驗收和問題整改工作;

篇3:物業前期工程師崗位職責

萬科物業-住宅前期工程師杭州萬科物業服務有限公司杭州萬科物業服務有限公司分支機構1、負責編制各項目前期介入工作計劃,跟進、把握地產各開發項目的進度情況;

2、負責配合前期項目經理收集、整理缺陷報告,形成建議書;

3、負責協調技術支持人員聯合審圖,審圖意見提交前期項目經理,跟進意見反饋;

4、協助與新項目經理移交前期重點資料信息,并針對重點情況給予說明;

5、負責定期組織前期介入經驗、案例分享會;

6、負責項目承接查驗統籌工作,負責督促承接查驗問題的整改。

任職要求:

1、電、水、暖通、自動化專業優先,其它專業背景要結合實際工作經驗;

2、熟練使用Office系列辦公軟件及CAD軟件;

3、專業工作經驗三年以上,或同等職位工作經驗一年以上者優先;

4、品牌物業公司同崗位工作經驗優先;

5、具有物業設備維修類工作經驗、溝通能力強者可考慮;

6、具有房地產項目返修管理的工作經歷,綜合素質佳亦可考慮。
