1、每日進行在線客服抽檢,對服務質量進行評估并做好相應的記錄;

2、協助主管建立客服部質檢流程,并維護其正常運轉和進行優化;

3、針對發現的嚴重問題做出適時、及時的指導;并確保數據錄入準確性;

4、針對普遍或個別影響交易成功的因素進行分析,查明原因并提供相應指導意見;

5、根據發現的問題,做好分析和統計,并提出培訓需求;

6、及時向主管匯報每天的工作情況并以周報的形式定期上報;

7、依照質檢流程,提供相關績效KPI指標達成情況數據

8、部門腳本流程、客服話術的制定、優化、更新。

崗位要求:

1、具有中型或大型電子商務客服中心的質檢經驗;

2、有良好客戶服務觸覺,敏捷的觀察、判斷力;

3、熟練操作計算機,熟悉操作常用辦公軟件;

4、較好的文字表現力;

5、良好的執行力與領導力,良好的團隊精神及團隊建設能力。
