?處理過程中的不合格物料
?監控操作工正確、合理使用物料和有效保護
?監控操作工物料消耗的準確性
?為提高物料的利用率，向生產工程師提供數據支持
溝通、協調
?向操作工傳達上級指令
?向主管反饋一線員工建議
?與相關部門協調解決生產問題
?組織生產會議
