Description
OurclientisexpectingCEOroletoleadtheteamoftheoverseascarrentalmarket:Korea,JapanEuropeandNorthAmerica.Theyneedtheroletoachievebelowresults:
*Formulatemediumandlongtermstrategicplans,overallgoalsandannualbusinessplansforbusinessdevelopmentinaccordancewiththeoveralldevelopmentplanforoverseascarrentalbusiness;
*Decomposetheannualbusinessobjectivesoftheoverseascarrentalbusinessintovariousdepartments,superviseandcontrolthecompletionofthebusinessplanandtheimplementationofthekeynodeplansoftheprojectplanexecutionbook;
*Regularlyreporttothegrouponthebusinessstrategyandimplementationoftheplan;
*Responsibleforthecontrolanddecision-makingofmajornodesintheoverseascarrentalbusiness,combinedwiththeactualsituationoftheoverseascarrentalmarket,andadjustthebusinessstrategyandbusinesspolicy;
*Establishacompanyorganizationsystemandbusinesssystem,beresponsiblefortheconstructionofthemiddleandhigh-levelmanagementteam,andcultivateexcellentmanagementteams.
*Coordinatetherelationshipbetweenvariousdepartments,ensurethesmoothflowofinformation,rationallyallocateresourcesofvariousdepartments,andmaximizethetransformationandoutputofresources;
Profile
*Bachelordegreeorabove,morethan5yearsworkingexperienceintheworld'stopfivecarrentalgroups,orrentalcars,expediaworkexperience(e.g.EuropeCar,Uber,ORIX,Nissan,AJRentaCar,JejuOKRentACar,etc.),morethan3yearsofmanagementexperience;
*FluentEnglishcommunicationskills,Chinesefordailycommunicatepreferred;
*HaveadeepunderstandingofB2Bbusiness,onlineandofflineoperationmode,platformoperation,travelindustry,etc.,andhavemorethan5yearsofKorea/Japan/Europe/NorthAmericalocalworkexperience;

財務部副經(jīng)理崗位職責及要求
1、主要職責:
貫徹執(zhí)行國家財政法規(guī)和企業(yè)財務管理制度,向財務總監(jiān)負責;負責財務預算、決算的具體編制工作,負責編寫定期和不定期的各種財務分析報告和專項的財務分析;監(jiān)督檢查會計核算全過程,確保收入及時安全入庫,保證支出合法合理,確保會計核算的真實、準確、及時;定期組織對固定資產(chǎn)和流動資產(chǎn)的清查、核實,確保財產(chǎn)賬、卡與實物相符;督促各消費點收銀員、出納員按規(guī)定程序、手續(xù)及時做好資金回籠,確保營業(yè)款項準時進賬、存款,保證日常合理開支需要的供給;協(xié)助財務總監(jiān)實施對物資采購供應工作進行財務監(jiān)督,核查采供計劃、資金使用計劃、物資管理制度等的執(zhí)行情況,并向財務總監(jiān)提出報告和處理意見;做好財產(chǎn)的保全,督促應收賬款的催收工作,負責審查各項開支。
2、職位要求:
酒店管理或相關管理專業(yè);精通本部門各崗位工作,能運用各
種財務報表進行企業(yè)經(jīng)濟活動分析;熟悉國家相關財務、稅務、審計法規(guī)與政策;熟悉財務各個崗位工作職責,并具有三年以上財務主管經(jīng)驗;有較強的財務業(yè)務處理能力及對財務人員的管理與工作協(xié)調(diào)能力;事業(yè)心強,工作積極主動、細致、敬業(yè),具有良好的協(xié)作精神和高度責任感。熟練使用電腦操作;對財務軟件的應用和數(shù)據(jù)庫管理功能有了解和認識。

崗位職責
協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)負責酒店的餐飲服務管理及出品管理的各項工作。
1、協(xié)助制定年度、月度營業(yè)計劃,完成餐飲總監(jiān)交待的各項接待任務。
2、協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)制定促銷計劃,及市場分析。
3、檢查管理人員的工作程序,服務程序及各項規(guī)章制度的執(zhí)行情況。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理并匯報餐飲總監(jiān)。
4、協(xié)助控制食品和飲品的標準,規(guī)格。加強食品原料及物品的管理。
