APACQualityDirectorResponsibilities

?Implementqualitystrategytosupport,contributeto,andintegratewithintheorganization’sshortandlong-termbusinessplan.

?ManagetheAPACqualityteamandthequalityobjectives.

?AssurethefulfilmentoftheQMSprocessrequirementswithsupportfromtheprocessowner.

?Provideextraordinarycustomerserviceandcommunication.

?RegularreviewofQualityKeyPerformanceIndicators(e.g.numberofcomplaints,PPMperlineitemsshipped,CoPQ,responsiveness).

?MaintaincomplianceofAPLAPACQualitySystems(accordingtoISO:2015&IATF),andsupportinitiativesforcommon/standardqualityproceduresacrosstheregion.

?Planandorganizeresources/capacitiesandlong-termplanning.

?Scheduleandexecuteinternalandcustomerauditactivitiesandverifytheeffectivenessofcorrectiveactions.

?ResponsibleforoptimizingAPLsupplierperformanceanddevelopment.

?Regionalfocalpointtomanagemajorcustomerissues.

?InteractbetweentheOperationsandrelatedfunctionsasmediatorandkeepingdrivingfocusoninitiatives.
