裝配技術員庫卡工業自動化(昆山)有限公司關聯公司庫卡工業自動化(昆山)有限公司關聯公司職責描述:

安全和5S嚴格遵守公司的各項規章制度;

嚴格佩戴勞動防護用具,遵守安全作業規范,完成生產任務;

執行作業場所5S管理,保證場地整潔,通道無阻,文明生產;

嚴格執行各種特種作業持證上崗。

日常工作服從工作分配,明確生產任務,積極完成工作;

工件在裝配場所排放整齊,標識清楚;

嚴格按照圖紙及工藝指導書進行裝配,保證零件無磕碰,無銹蝕;

實時進行自檢、互檢、首件交檢,確保工作質量;

及時反饋生產過程中發現的問題,積極參與質量、事故分析,提出合理化建議;

檢查當日生產進度,清點零部件,保管好工具和圖紙,認證準確填寫各種原始記錄,清掃工作場地。

勞保用品及工具管理佩戴勞防用品,保持工作服整潔;

使用完成后及時清理個人及公用工具及生產設備,并妥善保管。

其他工作收集、保管、歸檔本崗位業務范圍內相關的文件資料;

完成上級交辦的其他事務。

任職要求:

專業學歷技校及以上

工作經驗3年以上相關工作經驗

知識/證書鉗工證

能力/技能熟悉機械裝配,能夠熟練使用各種工具設備
