篇2:資深產品經理(嚴選客服后臺)崗位職責

資深產品經理(嚴選客服后臺)工作職責:

1、全面參與網易嚴選的服務產品設計管理工作,驅動網易嚴選的服務創新與變革;

2、站在全平臺視角負責網易嚴選客服服務平臺、智能服務機器人等產品的建設。獨立承擔服務類產品的需求分析、功能設計、研發過程管理等工作;

3、深度接觸服務體系,與業務方緊密合作,收集并挖掘有價值的產品需求,有節奏的推進產品迭代,不斷進行產品優化,提升業務效率與平臺整體運營管理能力。

任職要求:

1、大型電商業務運營支撐平臺(客服、CRM等)相關產品規劃經驗,對電商系統和服務體系有熟練的把握;

2、很強的產品owner意識,優秀的溝通協調能力、抗壓能力、業務推動和自我管理能力;

3、具備較強的平臺思維,能從業務長期規劃著手,滿足用戶需求的同時兼顧產品的前瞻性和靈活性;

4、較強的數據分析能力,善于從數據角度驅動業務產品創新。

篇3:網絡客服銷售崗位職責

網絡客服銷售

1.負責維護公司已有的客戶,定期回訪;

2.通過電話進行產品銷售,完成各項銷售指標;

3.通過電話溝通了解客戶需求,尋求銷售機會并完成銷售業績;

4.開發新客戶,拓展與老客戶的業務,建立和維護客戶檔案;

5.能夠耐心高效處理解決客戶反應的問題。

任職資格:

1.中專及以上學歷(20-45歲);

2.有無工作經驗均可;

3.具備電話溝通技巧、表達技巧和銷售技巧,普通話標準流利;

4.富有開拓精神和良好的團隊合作意識,有很強的學習和溝通能力,良好的協調能力;

5.喜歡銷售工作。
