1、全面負(fù)責(zé)游戲產(chǎn)品技術(shù)研發(fā)管理工作，帶領(lǐng)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成公司業(yè)務(wù)平臺產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)目標(biāo)；

2、負(fù)責(zé)制定平臺系統(tǒng)的總體（前端、后臺）設(shè)計(jì)方案，搭建技術(shù)架構(gòu)；

3、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的測試、運(yùn)維、迭代升級等；

4、負(fù)責(zé)組織和編制公司技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，包括近期技術(shù)提高工作計(jì)劃以及長遠(yuǎn)技術(shù)發(fā)展和技術(shù)措施規(guī)劃；

5、負(fù)責(zé)制定開發(fā)規(guī)范和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建立并實(shí)施公司技術(shù)管理體系；

任職資格:

任職要求：

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)、信息技術(shù)相關(guān)專業(yè)，或者你沒有學(xué)歷，卻擁有無敵技術(shù)能力；

2、8年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)/游戲技術(shù)研發(fā)從業(yè)經(jīng)歷，或者你沒有幾年的從業(yè)經(jīng)歷，但進(jìn)步神速；

3、熱愛游戲行業(yè)，3年以上技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，組建并管理過40人以上的技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，或者你在創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)里，短小精悍的團(tuán)隊(duì)卻能在市場以一敵百；

4、精通Android/IOS/H5/C++/C#/JS等，熟悉Cocos2dx/creator/unity等游戲引擎；

5、豐富的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、組織和團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)能力；

6、有突出的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力；

7、具有成功的游戲/app案例，有成功游戲產(chǎn)品上線優(yōu)先；

8、有一線互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先

Requirements
