RoleOverview

AnintegralpartoftheGlobalSalesteam,andunderthesupervisionofGlobalBusinessDevelopmentDirector,MichaelWallen,thisrolewillbeclient-centric,territorial,andoperational.TheroleofBusinessDevelopmentManagerwillhaveanemphasisongrowingandpreservingcompanyrevenue,sellingallavailableservicelinesofferings,extendingthecompany’sreputationasaGlobalServicesPlatform,anddevelopingCross-Sellingopportunitieswithnewandexistingclients.

Duties&Responsibilities

?SellKeywordsServiceofferingsforallavailableServiceLines,workingwiththeBusinessDevelopmentteam,globallyandterritorially.

?MaintainprofessionalstandardsandconductduringallBusinessDevelopmentactivities,reflectingKeywordsStudioscommitmenttoindustryleadership.

?Preserveandsafeguardcurrentclientrevenue,bymaintainingrelationshipswithkeydecisionmakerswithinclients;growingclientengagementlevelwithKeywordsbasedontheserelationships.

?EngagewithclientsasanambassadorofKeywordsStudios,toproblemsolveasatrustedpartner.

?Maintainserviceofferingeducationlevel,toprovidemostup-to-datesolutionsofferedbyKeywords.

?Achievequarterlyandannualtargetsfor“New”revenue,asestablishedwithGlobalBusinessDevelopmentDirector.

Requirements

?Minimum3-5years’salesexperienceingamingindustry.

?ExcellentEnglishcommunication(writtenandverbal)skills.

?Customer-orientedskill(listeningskill,abilitytounderstandgoals,generalbusinessknowledge).

?Flexibilityandnaturalintelligenceinrespondingtovariouscustomerscenarios.
