工作職責(zé):

1、理解公司戰(zhàn)略,并依據(jù)戰(zhàn)略參與項目規(guī)劃;

2、參與編制、調(diào)整具體項目的目標(biāo)和計劃;

3、進行項目立項、進度跟蹤、質(zhì)量管控、風(fēng)險預(yù)警、結(jié)項等項目管理;

4、獨立管理項目日常的推進,解決項目執(zhí)行中可能出現(xiàn)的問題;

5、參與戰(zhàn)略制定,材料準(zhǔn)備,主持討論會,落實到項目執(zhí)行。

任職要求:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗;

2、有項目管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,良好的溝通能力和解決問題能力;

3、有游戲、TMT相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;

4、有咨詢公司項目管理項目經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;

5、有大型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司項目管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
