1.組織人員安排生產。

2.解決注塑生產過程中的工藝問題和品質問題,改進工藝手段以提高生產效率,降低生產周期和報廢率。

3.與其他部門進行合作和協調,對生產過程中出現的品質問題進行分析總結及提出再次發生防止措施。

篇3:某注塑車間質檢員崗位職責

一、早晨上班開袋檢驗夜班生產的產品質量和產品外包裝狀況,確認合格以后每袋產品過秤入庫。中午、下午類推。每日下班時填寫生產日報表,和庫管員核對后共同在報表上面簽名確認。

二、每日每臺生產機組取一模合格提手,稱量克重,計算出每袋產品的重量,填寫產品克重記錄表和產品每袋重量清單,將清單下達車間。

三、每日不定時巡檢車間產品質量狀況,發現不合格品,及時進行整改,無法確定的向相關負責人匯報,同時填寫巡檢記錄,確保每日入庫產品為合格品。

四、檢測每批提手拉力及冰凍提手強度并進行記錄;

五、合格供貨產品必須留樣,每日產品顏色必須與留樣品對比一致。

六、驗證新模具產品是否滿足客戶標準。

七、每月初是日之內將上月質量記錄交質檢部存檔。

八、為保證產品質量及產品持續改進提出合理化建議。

九、完成公司臨時交辦的工作。
