PQMcontrolstheproductdevelopment/productionprocessconsideringthequalityaspectsandadministratesthequalityreviewswithquantitativeassessment(APQP).

Assuresthesuccessfulrealizationofquaityspecificationsandimplementationofcompany/BUqualitystandardsthroughoutthewholeprojectandsuccessfulexecuationofalltasksoftheQAactivitiesrelatedtoQ-team.

SupportsPMandempoweredpartnerforqualityrelevantissues.Themaingoalistoavoiderrorsbyprevention.

Assessesaboutreleaseofnewproductsaswellasthereleaseofnewprocessesandequipmentaffectingquality.

Ensurescomplianceofproduct-andprocessspecifications.Ensuresimplementationandcontrollingofqualitygatesandpreventativequalitytoolstogainasustainablehigherqualityintheprocesses/projects.

Ifnecessaryescalationinconcernsofdevelopment,production,shippingandacceptancerelease.

Todriveorchampioncustomercomplaintsand/orproblemsininvestigationandallocationnotonlytechnicaldirectrootcausebutaslomanagementrootcausewithfaciliatingmethodologies(6sigma,riskassemssment,structuredproblemsolving,,,).EnsureausefulERA,ICAandPCAisdefinedandprovidedinamanneroftimingandquality.Guaranteeanaccurateriskevaluation.

Identifythegapsandissuesandescalateitinarightwayandtimingmanner.

AssureallthequalityreportsprovidedbyCEPqualityarereviewedandareacceptedbeforeofficialsubmissiontocustomers.

Responsibleforcoordinationofallquaitytopic(s)andissue(s)withinQcommunity(QKAM,SQM,CEPQandBUQ).Representqualitydepartmentatcustomerqualityand/orsupplierqualitymeetingsalongwith/accompaniedbyQKAM.Analyzesandreviewscustomersatisfactiontogetherwithcentraldepartments.Regularcustomerintegrationshouldbefosteredwithconsequentusageoftools,aswellasprofessionalfeedback,andcomplainthandlingtoachievehighcustomersatisfaction/retention.

Clearescalationprocesswithfastcomplaintroutingandconsequentroot-causeanalysistosatisfythecustomer.

Interfacewithcustomerregardingallqualityrelatedtopics.Coordinationandimplementationofmeasurestoachievetheplannedand/orrequiredqualitytargetsfromcustomer.

Tomakeagoodandresonablejustificationandbalancebetween"customerinterests"and"Continentalinterests".

Beresponsiblefordesignqalificationspecificationwithconsdierationofcustomerrequirements,indutryregulationsandCA/BUrequirementstomakearobusttestforourproducts.Andgetanagreementwithcustomer

Communicateandnegotiatewithcustomeranddefineareasonablerequaliicationspectoensureasustainablequalityofprocessandourdesign.

Planandorganizequalification/requalificationtestactivitesdefinedinprocessesandmakeatrackinatiminglymanner.

業務質量管理崗位職責

職責描述:

1、依據ISO17025實驗室認證認可要求建立并完善實驗室質量管理體系文件;

2、負責CMA、CNAS實驗室認可相關文件的準備及實驗室資質認可申請、復評審和擴項評審;

3、監督實驗室檢測過程中質量體系的符合性,并建議糾正、預防措施,持續維護和改進實驗室質量管理體系;

4、根據實驗室質量管理體系的要求,制定年度質量保證及控制計劃,并按計劃組織實施;

5、定期組織實驗室質量管理體系的培訓,并負責法規標準收集相關工作;

6、上長交辦的其他事務。

任職要求:

學歷:本科及以上

專業要求:化學、藥學或中藥學相關專業

工作經驗:2年以上

其他要求:

1、工作積極主動,做事嚴謹,原則性強;

2、具有質量管理或實驗室相關工作經驗,具有內審員證者優先考慮;

3、熟悉CMA、CNAS的相關法規、管理要求和技術要求,接受過相關培訓;

4、能熟練操作各種辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PPT等);

5、具有良好的執行能力、溝通能力和分析解決問題能力;

6、良好的文字總結、撰寫報告的能力。
