篇2:意大利語翻譯崗位職責

意大利語翻譯及運營游龍互動深圳市游龍互動科技開發有限責任公司,游龍互動,游龍崗位職責:

1、負責完成游戲文字內容、網頁資料的翻譯,以及翻譯資料庫的建立與完善;

2、負責檢查翻譯更新到游戲中的效果,協助測試人員保證無錯發生;

3、負責和用戶進行溝通,反映和解決用戶反饋的問題。

任職資格:

1、本科學歷,意大利語相關專業;

2、外語水平:意大利語專四或者同等水平以上;

3、有一定的翻譯經驗,具備游戲行業、動漫行業翻譯經驗者優先;對于國內外網絡游戲行業有一定理解,玩過MMORPG類游戲、國外游戲者優先;

4、有良好的溝通理解能力以及團隊協作能力;文字處理能力、應變能力強、能適應較強的工作壓力;

5、可熟練運用中文和意大利語處理日常商務郵件往來。

篇3:意大利留學咨詢顧問崗位職責

崗位職責:

1.負責學員的接待,包括電話咨詢、預約和來訪的接待,準確介紹各類培訓課程,根據學生的情況制定一對一的學習計劃。

2.向學生和家長介紹意大利留學咨詢事宜,并及時做好學員的回訪跟進工作。

任職要求:

1、要有很強的說服力,要有很強的語言表達能力,可以把學校的真實情況及留學服務全面地展示給學生和家長。

2、要有一定的溝通技巧,可以通過電話掌握客戶的心理,根據每個咨詢學生和家長的性格的不同,通過學生和家長可以接受的方式,進行學校實際情況的介紹和留學信息及留學服務的介紹

3、要有很強的學習能力,和隨機應變能力。

4、要有團隊合作精神和職業敬業精神,要有保密和珍惜學校資源的職責。

1、本職位對意大利語無特殊要求。

2、對意大利及意大利留學不了解者也可以,學校提供系統崗前培訓。

3、本職位不需要外出,上班地點在辦公室。
