總務行政管理專員TP-LINK普聯技術有限公司,TP-LINK,tplink,普聯技術,普聯職責描述:

1.負責統籌或協助工業園區的后勤管理工作,建立或完善后勤服務管理制度,保障園區生產和生活的順利進行。

2.負責工業園區后勤工作開展成本的核算和把控,力圖以最少的成本投入為園區公司其他部門提供最佳的后勤服務和支持。

3.負責后勤部門人員的管理工作,包含人員配置的優化,人員招聘、培訓和績效考核管理等。

4.負責跟進園區各項后勤保障工作的開展。包括外包食堂引進和監管;員工宿舍和娛樂設施的管理;園區綠化和保潔的管理;園區消防安全管理;裝修或基建維修工程管理;水電、監控、太陽能、中央空調等后勤機電設備的維護和管理;園區公共秩序和安全的管理、園區各部門報廢資產的管理工作等。

5.負責外部單位和政府監管部門來訪的接待和關系維護工作。

6.負責園區后勤相關部分商務工作的開展。

任職要求:

1.統招本科,專業不限;

2.有工廠或公司后勤管理相關經驗者優先;

3.有較強的責任心,善于溝通,工作踏實,能承擔較大的工作壓力

職位描述

Fullyresponsiblefortheplanning,auditingandimprovementofcampusfoodhygiene,safetyandenvironment,dailysupervisionandauditallsupplier’soperationincompliancewithgovernmentregulationsandlaws,responsibleforrespondingtoFDAauditsandmaintaininggoodcommunicationwithFDA.

Role&Responsibilities

·Performfoodsafety&QAaudits.

·Monitordocumentrecordingsystem:auditformsandrelatedrecordsthatconformtoallfoodstandardsandnationalregulations,ensurethefoodserviceisinaccordancewithcampusfoodstandardsandspecificationsthroughdailysupervisionandaudit,followuptheactionpointsfromtheaudit.

·Monitorfoodsafetyqualityandhygienemanagementsystem.

·Monitorsourcingandfollowofpurchaseorderswiththefoodserviceprovider.Discussandresolveanyqualityissueswithsuppliersinconjunctionwiththeserviceprovider.

·WorkcloselywithlocalFDA,attendingmeetings,trainingandon-sitevisitsasrequired.

·TocooperatewithallFDAinspections,workingwithLineManager(s)toformulate&actuponactionplans.

·WorkwithSchoolandcateringserviceprovidertoensurelicensesarealwaysuptodate&renewalsmanagedinatimelymanner.

·WorkwithLineManager(s)&Facilities&Operationsteamtoensureallfacilitiesarealwaysmaintainedatthehighestlevel.

·Providesdedicatedservice,monitoringandsupervisionofthethirdpartycateringsuppliertoensurethehealthandsafety,nutritionalvalues,choicesandpresentationareatthehighestlevelpossible.

·WorkwiththeFrontofHouseSupervisorsupervisingthefoodsevicesontheDUCKS,JuniorSchool&SeniorSchoolCampuses.

·WorkwiththeCaterProviderforthecateringrequestsforallevents.

·Tosuperviseandmonitorthefullcycleofrestaurantoperationsincludingbutnolimittothegoodsreceivedintheearlymorning,

·Supervisionoffoodsampling,foodlabelling.

·Ensuretherequireddataisuploadedontotheappropriatesystemondailybasis,suchas:sunshineLunchPlatformandotherrequiredinformationsystems.

·LiaisonwithIntertek,theexternalmonitoringagencyasrequired.

·SuperviseNurseFoodMonitoringArrangementacrosstheDUCKS,JuniorSchool&SeniorSchoolcampuses,providingareportonaweeklybasis.

·Workwiththecateringserviceprovidertoensurethetraining,recordingandreportingmeettherequirementsfromrelevantpoliciesandregulationplustheadditionalSchooltrainingrequirements.

·LiaisewiththeCateringServiceProvidertoensuretrainingiscontinualandappropriatewithemphasisonfoodhealth&safety,foodhygiene,bestpracticesandmenudevelopment.ProvidingatermlyreporttotheHeadofOperations&Facility.

·IsamemberoftheDCSNutritionCommittee

·WorkcloselywiththethirdpartytoimplementtheinfectiousDiseasesPreventionManagementwithnursingprovision,attendingmeetings,trainingandon-sitevisitsasrequired.OthersupportrequestedbytheLineManagerAnyreasonablerequestmadebythelinemanagerthatensuresconsistentdeliveryofservicetotheCollege(includingemergencyBusMonitorcoverdutywhererequired)

Requirement

Essential

·Degreeinfoodscience/foodtechnologyorrelatedfoodqualityinspectorcertification.

·Minimum3-5yearsworkingexperienceinfoodQA&QCrolegoodknowledgeoffoodqualityandsafetycontrolfamiliarwithISO9001/ISO22000qualitysystemispreferred.FamiliaritywithFDARegulations.

FluentinbothChineseandEnglishwithstrongcommunicationskillsinbothlanguageseffectiveinterpersonalskills,excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskillsproficientatMicrosoftoffice.
