篇2:機器人應用項目主管崗位職責

職位描述:

1:本科以上學歷3年以上工作經驗,機電一體化或電氣自動化類專業;

2:具備非標自動化系統改造經驗和工業機器人集成應用項目的選型、程序設計、安裝調試;

3:具備扎實的機械或電氣理論知識,熟悉機器人結構、原理、軟硬件系統,了解運動控制系統的設計、編程、調試;

4:熟悉應用CAD及計算機語言,熟悉各類電氣元件和電氣接線;

5:熟悉并能熟練使用市場上常用的機器人品牌,如ABB、KUKA、Fanuc、Motoman等機器人選型、編程以及相關通訊控制;

6:對PLC等電控系統的架構和選型有一定的基礎,熟悉常用PLC及傳感器的選用,對常見的各種機械結構及運動驅動方法(包括伺服驅動、氣驅動、液壓驅動等)有深入的了解。熟悉PLC程序及機器人編程指令與高級編程;

7:熟悉機器人噴涂、搬運、焊接、CNC自動上下料、自動去毛刺打磨等系統;

8:服從上級安排并可接受出差,抗壓能力強。

1:設計機器人應用程序,滿足現場工藝要求,具備整套系統集成應用的安裝調試能力;

3:對售后服務部進行技術培訓和技術支持;
