工作職責:
1、負責擬定公司薪酬福利政策,建立并完善薪酬福利管理及員工績效管理體系,并組織實施。
2、負責組織各部門員工績效管理方案的宣導與培訓工作;
3、負責組織實施各部門員工績效考核方案,并組織考核過程中的監(jiān)督和指導;
4、負責組織匯總各部門員工績效考核結果,并對員工績效考核結果進行分析,編制總結報告,并提出各部門績效改進建議;
5、負責擬定公司員工個人薪酬福利調整方案;

任職要求:
教育背景:
◆人力資源、企業(yè)管理、管理學等相關專業(yè)大專(統(tǒng)招)以上學歷。
培訓經(jīng)歷:
◆受過現(xiàn)代人力資源管理技術、勞動法律法規(guī)、合同法、管理技能開發(fā)等方面的培訓。
經(jīng)驗:
◆至少3年以上工業(yè)企業(yè)人力資源管理工作經(jīng)驗,至少一年以上管理經(jīng)驗。
技能技巧:
◆有人力資源項目規(guī)劃和實施經(jīng)驗,具有扎實的人力資源管理理論基礎;
◆熟悉國家相關法律法規(guī),有一定財務會計知識;
◆熟悉企業(yè)薪酬設計與實操,有中型以上規(guī)模企業(yè)實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗。

崗位職責:
1、認真貫徹總監(jiān)下達的有關指示。
2、分派并督促各項經(jīng)濟指標的落實情況,及時呈報經(jīng)營狀況。努力學習業(yè)務知識,嚴格要求自己,模范執(zhí)行各項規(guī)章制度。熟悉本管區(qū)的各項服務工作,不斷提高自身的管理水平,對工作要有高度的責任感。
