1.Develop,qualifyandapprovesupplierbase,bysupportingsupplierqualificationprocessaccordingtoParkerandDivisionguidelines;

2.Assessessupplier’squalityperformance(orcost-of-quality)usingstatisticalandanalyticalmethods;manageandcoordinatesupplierproblemsolvingontime.

3.Creatematerialincominginspectionplanandprovidetrainingtoinspectors

4.Controlthematerialqualityinprocesstoensuretheinternalandexternalcustomerarenotaffectedbypoormaterialquality

5.Makesurenonconformingmaterialisdetectedandissue/followupthenonconformingmaterialreviewreport

6.Controlnonconformanceinventoryattargetlevel.

7.Leadandimplementsprogramstoimprovesupplierperformance.Workwiththesupplierdirectlybydrivingsuppliercontinuousimprovementwithkeyleanmanufacturing/productionprinciplesandtechniquestocriticalproducts&keycharacteristics;

8.Verifysuppliercomplianceviasuitableaudit,follow-upvisitandprocessassessments.Performson-siteauditsoftheirqualitysystemasrelatedtodocumentedprocedures,workinstructions,ISO9001Standard,etc.;

9.TracksupplierConcern&CorrectiveActionReport(CCAR)plan,completion,counter-verificationandeffects;

10.Continuallydocumentlessonslearnedandplancorrectiveactionsasneeded;

11.Supportthecustomerclaimtreatmentthatarerelatedtosupplierissues;

12.Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholderstoensureoptimalperformance

13.Leadsupplierrootcauseinvestigationsandcorrectiveactionsthrough8DProblemResolutionprocess,A3Problemsolving,5-Why,fishbone,etc.

14.WorkwithSupplyChain,ProjectandEngineering(DesignandManufacturingEngineers)teamstodefineprocessparametersandcriteriatoensuresupplierprocesscapabilityiseffectivetomeetproductandprocessrequirements

15.Supportnewproductlaunchestoensurethatsupplierqualitymeetstherequiredstandardsandestablishedrelatedqualitysystemsandprocedures;

16.Otherrelatedtasksassignedbysupervisorordepartment.

Qualification/職位要求：

1.BachelorinEngineeringorMechanicalEngineering,electromechanicalispreferred.

2.Over5yearsrelatedexperience.

3.SupplierQualityexperience:Goodsenseonauditingpractice,strongdrivingskills.

4.Computerliterate

5.Highstandardofethicsandhonesty

6.Mustbewillingandabletotravelextensively.

7.Proventrackrecordandstrongproblemsolvingskills,suchas8D,5WHY,etc.

8.Proficientinqualitytools:PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,controlplan,etc.

9.Knowledgeofpneumatics,hydraulicsispreferred;andelectronics,electricalcircuitsareaplus.

10.Understandingofmanufacturingorserviceprocessesandthequalitydrivers.
