Sr.SQE資深供應商質量工程師

Jobsummary工作概要:

通過專業的質量管理方法，負責推動供應商產品質量的持續改善，幫助供應商提高和滿足客戶的質量要求。

Responsibleforcontinuousimprovementofsupplier'sproductqualitythroughprofessionalqualitymanagement,helpsuppliertoimproveandmeetcustomer'squalityrequirements.

Responsibilities工作內容：

1.幫助供應商的全面提升，通過全過程監督控制生產過程和推進工藝改進，降低過程質量損失，提高出貨質量。

Assistsupplierinoverallimprovement,controlproductionprocessandpromoteprocessimprovementthroughwholesupervision,reduceprocessqualitylossandimproveshipmentquality.

2.負責新產品的APQP質量開發計劃及監控的全過程。

3.實施公司內部或客戶委托的供應商審核，針對在審核中發現的不符合項進行跟進，并驗證整改效果。

4.確保公司的產品和服務符合顧客的質量要求，包括組織質量目標的設立和達成，糾正和預防措施的制定及貫徹，質量的持續改進；

5.依照產品標準及相關的顧客要求，編制產品檢驗作業指導書，控制計劃，流程圖等質量文件。

6.處理客戶投訴并跟進解決。

8.執行質量檢驗標準，參與各類產品的現場檢驗和測量工作。

Qualifications工作職責與職位要求要求：

1.大專及以上學歷；機械工程專業、機電一體化等專業優先考慮；

Collegedegreeorabove;majorinMechanicalEngineering,Mechatronicsispreferred;

2.5年以上SQE的工作經驗，3年以上汽車行業經驗的候選人優先考慮；

Morethan5y*arsworkingexperienceinSQE,candidateswithmoreth*n3years’experienceinautomobileindustryarepreferred;

3.精通機加、鑄造、鍛造、焊接、沖壓、鈑金及表面處理等的制程工藝，同時熟悉塑料及橡膠成型工藝候選人優先考慮。

Proficientinmachining,casting,forging,welding,stamping,sheetmetalandsurfacetreatment,andfamiliarwithplasticandrubberformingprocessarepreferred.

4.熟悉ISO9001，IATF16949質量體系，有獨立開展質量體系、過程和產品審核經驗。

FamiliarwithISO9001andIATF16949qualitysystem,andh*veindependentexperienceinqualitysystem,processandproductaudit.

5.具備質量管理相關知識（如5大工具，QC七大手法等）；能運用各種質量管理工具分析并解決問題。

6.具有優秀的組織協調能力，良好的項目管理技巧，溝通技能及解決問?*?能力。

7.深悉機加圖紙（GD&T）及裝配圖紙,熟悉各種量具及檢具的使用。

8.英語聽說讀寫熟練且擅長撰寫英文的書面報告

1.負責項目的前后期供應商質量評估與管理工作。

2.負責對IQC以及相關人員的培訓。
