職責描述：

1.全面負責研究工作的運行管理，確認研究專題的實施是否符合GLP規范。

2.制定并嚴格執行實驗方案，分析研究結果，撰寫總結報告。

3.執行SOP的規定，及時提出修訂或補充相應的標準操作規程的建議。

4.對參與研究的工作人員進行培訓，使其明確所承擔的工作，并掌握相應的SOP。

5.掌握研究工作的進展，檢查各種實驗記錄，確保其及時、直接、準確和清楚。

6.詳細記錄實驗中出現的意外情況和采取的措施。

7.及時處理質量保證部門提出的問題，確保研究工作各環節符合要求。

8.研究工作結束后，將實驗方案、原始資料、應保存的標本和總結報告等歸檔保存。

職位要求：

1、碩士及以上學歷，生物、醫學、公衛、藥學等相關專業;

2、2年以上遺傳毒性研究相關經驗者優先，也可以接受應屆碩士畢業生;

3、熟悉藥物遺傳毒性實驗（Ames，MLA，染色體畸變、體內外微核等），掌握SFDA/FDA/ICH對于遺傳毒性研究的要求;

4、能夠獨立設計、操作、指導遺傳毒性相關試驗，并書寫報告;

5、有一定GLP經驗，能夠全面負責所承擔的遺傳毒理研究工作的運行管理，確保符合GLP。

6、具有較好的團隊合作精神及與客戶溝通能力。
