EMT崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求
職位描述:
1.全方位地宣導(dǎo)并貫徹公司文化,建立高效團隊,組織制定并宣傳、解釋、傳遞公司的相關(guān)政策,營造健康開放、積極向上的工作氛圍;
2.全面負(fù)責(zé)前臺員工的排班、培訓(xùn)和業(yè)績管理,制定相應(yīng)的計劃,并監(jiān)督計劃的執(zhí)行,確保前臺的快速收銀,順暢運作和高素質(zhì)的顧客服務(wù);
3.有效管理后區(qū)辦公室(包括UPC/Invoice/現(xiàn)金房),定期審核報告和數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)商場機會點,為商場總經(jīng)理提供決策參考,并予以針對性的跟進;
4.有效管理收貨和索賠辦公室,保證商品品質(zhì),以及RTV和索賠退貨處理的及時性,減少商場損耗;
5.組織制定樓面各個部門(包括鮮食、食品、服裝和家電)的生產(chǎn)/訂貨、銷售、陳列和庫存控制計劃,并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行,以確保商場各個部門達(dá)到銷售、毛利和庫存目標(biāo);
6.制定合理的費用支出計劃并分解到各部門,監(jiān)管商場的自用品訂貨和使用以及設(shè)備的定期維護和保養(yǎng),從而有效控制成本支出費用,確保商場的低成本運作;
7.根據(jù)公司系統(tǒng)操作指南,做好系統(tǒng)的巡視和監(jiān)管工作,確保店內(nèi)系統(tǒng)的正常運作,從而保證樓面營運的持續(xù)和穩(wěn)定。
8.核查店內(nèi)日常標(biāo)準(zhǔn),跟進機會點,確保店內(nèi)運作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性、穩(wěn)定性;
9.宣傳、解釋公司相關(guān)政策并組織培訓(xùn),有效監(jiān)督執(zhí)行公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行,定期檢查監(jiān)督商場的具體實施,控制安全事故的發(fā)生,確保達(dá)到公司的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
10.組織和制訂商場的人員發(fā)展計劃和培訓(xùn)計劃,并跟進培訓(xùn)效果,以滿足公司發(fā)展的人員需求;
11.負(fù)責(zé)商場的外部聯(lián)絡(luò)和對外接待,包括接待政府檢查,與相關(guān)部門政府檢查工作情況,制定跟進措施并保證實施的有效性,及時完成相關(guān)報告;維系與業(yè)主的良好關(guān)系,確保商場的運作順暢,符合法律要求和政府規(guī)范;
12.在獨立當(dāng)班時,行使商場總經(jīng)理的所有職責(zé)。
崗位勝任力:
1.3~5年零售運營管理經(jīng)驗,本科及以上學(xué)歷,可接受省內(nèi)異動;
