職位描述

日常營運(yùn):

1.通過指導(dǎo)和訓(xùn)練建立有能力而強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊,建立團(tuán)隊精神及團(tuán)隊內(nèi)部溝通

2.負(fù)責(zé)每日店鋪營運(yùn)以確保每日完成銷售指標(biāo)

3.組織店鋪晨會,保持店鋪高度整潔

4.控制發(fā)票和滿足預(yù)算目標(biāo),管理銷售收入和備用現(xiàn)金

5.向辦公室及零售經(jīng)理匯報費(fèi)用,銷售報告及分析

6.維護(hù)店鋪陳列以確保商品的展示和品牌的形像

7.日常庫存管理

1.根據(jù)公司政策管理員工的表現(xiàn)

2.時常提供上崗培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)來發(fā)展和提高銷售人員的能力
