?Ensuresdailysupportforcurrent/newproductsincl.productchangesandconsultancyatthecustomer’ssite

?Monitorscompetitorslocally

?Keepsintouchwithcustomers;holdspresentations,makesdemonstrationsandprovidetrainingtocustomers,dealersandprospectsonproductsandtechniques

?Compilesreportsandensuresdirectflowofcommunicationtointernalunits

?Peoplemanagement(serviceprovider)

?Obtainandmonitoringcustomerforecast,coordinateplanningandproduction,monitorinventory,cooperatewithlogistictoensurecustomersatisfactioninsupplychainmanagement.

?EnsuresallactivitiesandprocessesmeetinternalandexternalEHSstandards

MinimumEducationandQualificationRequiredforthePosition

?Education:Bachelororaboveinchemical-relatedmajors

?WorkingExperience:atleast5yearrelevantworkingexperience(technicalservice,production,laborapplication)inchemicalindustry(preferablyinCoatingsindustry)

?Technical&ProfessionalKnowledge:knowledgeinCoatingsprocess,technicalservicebackgroundispreferred;goodcommandofEnglish;ITuserskills

職責(zé)描述:

QualityControl:

1.Accordingtothequalitystandardssetbycompany,controlthetechnologicalparameterofproductsonthecustomer’ssitetomeettherequirementsofbothcompanyandcustomer.

2.Surveyandfollowdifferentdataofproductsandtimelyanalyzeitschangingtendencytoprovidecorrectdatatoensuregoodquality.

II.ProductAdaptationandTesting:

1.Throughsampletaking,testingandanalyzing,timelynoticethecustomerofadaptationsuggestionofproductstomeettherequirementsofcustomers.

2.Testtheproduct’squalitynorm,followandsupervisecustomer’susingprocessofourproduct.

III.Coordinating:

Communicatewithcustomersandtimelyhandletheproblemsputbycustomers.Keepgoodcooperationwithcustomerstoensurethesmoothdevelopmentofcompanybusiness.

IV.FilesKeeping:

Beresponsibleforarrangeandkeeptheoriginalrecordsofalldataofproductionadaptationandtechnologicalparameters.

V.NewColorActivity:

Arrangementandhandlingofthetrailfornewcolor.Makingandefforttogetgoodresultaccordingtoteamstrategy.
