2、借助公司的平臺資源和渠道資源，努力開發并建立完善客戶數據庫，積極開發內部及外部的客戶資源。

3、目標意識強，管理協調能力強、執行力強，努力完成個人及團隊的銷售任務，敢于超越和拼搏。

4、與客戶建立良好的溝通關系，配合并協助專家老師完成咨詢工作，提高客戶滿意度。

5、及時回訪客戶，發現并有效解決客戶提出的各類困難或異議，提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度，樹立良好的口碑，促使客戶介紹新客戶。

6、有團隊意識和大局意識，以團隊利益為重，積極配合團隊工作，實現個人與團隊價值的共同提升。

7、保持并持續提升專業能力及職業素養，提升個人綜合能力，提升品牌知名度。

職位要求：

1、本科（九85，二11重點學校，綜合素質很強的可以放寬到普通二本）以上學歷，熟練操作Office等辦公軟件。

2、喜歡教育行業，具備至少2年以上銷售工作經驗，具有教育行業銷售經驗優先，顧問式銷售經驗者優先。?

3、具有良好的形象氣質及親和力，具備較強的自信心和進取心。

4、良好的溝通協調能力、洞察力強并能了解客戶的真實想法。

5、吃苦耐勞，有責任心及團隊協作意識，誠實敬業。

6、工作穩定，不頻繁跳槽，年齡在35歲以下。

-Trackstudentretention,conductstudentdegreeaudits,andmaintainup-to-dateadvisingstatistics.

-Liaisonwithfacultytoprovideupdatedandaccurateinformationoncurriculumtostudents.

-OtherprojectsasassignedsuchasassistingwiththePeerAdvisingProgram,creatingpromotionalmaterials,andcreatingspecialprogramstoenhancethequality,breadth,anddepthofacademicadvisingservices.

Qualification

RequiredEducation

-Bachelor’sdegreeinEducation,Counseling,orrelatedacademicfieldisrequired.Master’sdegreeispreferred.

RequiredExperience

-Oneyearacademicadvisingexperienceorequivalentcombinationofexperienceand/oreducationfromwhichcomparableknowledge,skills,andabilitieshavebeenachieved.Twoyearsofexperienceworkingwithcollegestudentsoryoungadultsinanacademicorcareerservicecounselingcapacityispreferred.
