.較強的統計或數學專業背景

·具備數據分析、統計模型、業務策略的能力或經驗

·能夠熟練運用SAS、R、Python或ModelBuilder

·擁有銀行或金融機構工作經驗

·具備個人信貸周期管理的能力，包括但不限于信貸審批，貸后管理，催收和反欺詐等

·具備作為項目經理，獨立負責咨詢項目的能力，對外與客戶高層順暢溝通，對內可以做好團隊管理和建設

·可以接受出差任務

Responsibilities

ThisrolebasedinBeijing/ShanghaiwouldspearheadtheAnalyticsscienceacrossChinaRegion.

-Beresponsiblefordesigninganddevelopingstate-of-the-art,data-drivenexploratoryanalysistobuildandevaluatepredictiveanddecisionmodelstosolvebusinessproblemsacrossfinancial,telco,insuranceandotherindustries.Endresultsincludethedesign,developmentanddeploymentofstatisticalanddecisionmodels.

-Managetheanalyticcomponentsoftheproject,includingprojectschedules,workflow,anddirectiontotheanalyticteamandensuretheclient'sbusinessobjectivesareincorporatedintotheanalyticplan.

-Communicatekeyanalyticfindingstoclientandareresponsibleforaddressingclient'sanalyticconcerns.

-Conceive,planandconductinvestigationsandexperimentsinunchartedareas,inventnewmethodologiesorapproachestoproblemsandtranslatethemintoimprovementsinFICO'sproductsortoolsandrepresentthecompanyatindustryconferences,promotingthecompanytoaudiencesofclients,regulators,legislators,orthemedia.

Skills&Experience

-Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,withover6-8years’experienceinSMEbusinessarea

-SpecializedinSMEbankingindustryandriskmanagement

-Expertinanalyticsandmodeling,Baselcompliance

-Strongcommunication,presentationandclientfacingskillsets

-Quickproblem-solvingcapabilities.Leadprojectteamtodeliverprojectsontimewithclient'ssatisfaction.

-Provencapabilitiesinpeoplemanagementandleadership

-Expertinstatisticssoftware,especiallySAS,orothermodeldevelopmenttools,andalsotheMicrosoftOfficeSuiteofproductsincluding,Word,PowerPoint,ExcelandExchange.

分析咨詢顧問崗位職責

分析師/咨詢顧問特勞特伙伴公司上海特勞特營銷咨詢有限公司,特勞特主要職責:

1.參與企業客戶的戰略定位研究,跟進企業戰略執行;

2.在熟知項目流程基礎上,獨立承擔專題研究工作,包括專項資料收集與分析整理,進行企業中層人員訪談,市場調研,策略研究,參與提案撰寫與報告提交。須出品項目簡報、調研報告和專題分析報告;

3.客戶日常聯絡與溝通,協助企業執行層理解戰略定位并指導戰略執行,提交客戶服務簡報并跟進;

4.協助公司其他部門工作,負責簡報、客戶戰略定位研究情況及跟進服務信息,協調其他部門人員與客戶相關人員對接。

基本要求:

1.3-5年企業管理、市場、產品、行業研究等相關崗位從業經驗,具備定位基礎知識尤佳;
