1、業(yè)務數(shù)據收集、管理和處理;
2、項目/產品線的業(yè)務數(shù)據挖掘分析;
3、定期完成常規(guī)數(shù)據分析報告及解讀;
4、組織會議與核心管理者交流溝通報告內容;
5、負責落實和跟進報告行動方案,并及時給予反饋建議;
6、與運營同事溝通和協(xié)助完善運營管理規(guī)則,提高管理效率;
任職要求:
1、有至少2-3年的相應崗位的工作經驗;
2、內外部數(shù)據管理和維護的基本技能,熟練使用Excel函數(shù)等工具;
3、數(shù)據庫搭建和報告設計的能力,一定程度熟悉常用的分析工具;
4、能夠完成分析項目;
5、熟悉業(yè)務流程和營銷管理的主要任務;
6、良好的溝通的能力,組織協(xié)調能力強,邏輯性強。

Requirements:
