篇2:項目經理安全生產健康環境管理職責

一、項目經理是本工程安全生產、健康環境管理的第一責任者,對本工程的安全生產、健康環境管理負全面領導責任。

二、認真貫徹執行國家有關安全生產的方針、政策、法令、法規和上級有關規定,并負責組織貫徹落實。

三、必須將安全施工、文明施工和環境保護列入重要議事日程,定期研究安全工作。

四、主持安全領導小組的工作,制定年度安全文明施工目標計劃。

五、落實工程安全文明技術措施計劃,確保工程安全文明技術措施經費的提取和使用。

六、確保工程及各施工隊安全生產、健康環境管理獎勵專用基金的建立和使用。

七、組織并檢查本工程的安全生產、健康環境管理活動,及時研究解決安全施工文明施工中的問題。

八、按“四不放過”的原則,參加或組織對各類事故的調查處理工作。

篇3:銷售副總經理:職業健康安全環境管理責任制

1.1.1根據“誰主管誰負責的原則”對所分管部門的職業健康安全、環保管理負責;

1.1.2組織和落實分管部門環境、職業健康安全管理體系的有效運行,加以保持,并持續改進其有效性;

1.1.3組織制定、修訂和審批分管部門的安全環保管理規章制度,認真組織實施,并監督檢查執行情況;

1.1.4組織分管部門的安全環保監察,落實分管部門重大事故隱患的整改;

1.1.5定期召開銷售系統的安全生產工作會議,分析企業安全生產動態,及時解決安全生產存在的問題;
