凱斯幼兒教育研發(fā)支持經(jīng)理凱斯國(guó)際凱斯國(guó)際教育咨詢(北京)有限公司,凱斯國(guó)際,凱斯職責(zé)描述:

-與美國(guó)總部的教研及運(yùn)營(yíng)部門保持溝通,進(jìn)行Kids‘R’Kids幼兒園課程體系的本地化以及本地課程的開(kāi)發(fā)。課程包括幼兒園各年齡段的核心課程、輔助課程以及夏令營(yíng)課程。

-負(fù)責(zé)Kids‘R’Kids幼兒園運(yùn)營(yíng)體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文檔的研發(fā)。包括各類手冊(cè)、表格、流程、標(biāo)識(shí)的開(kāi)發(fā)、更新和維護(hù)。

-負(fù)責(zé)Kids‘R’Kids標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化培訓(xùn)體系的維護(hù)和更新,進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化培訓(xùn)課程包的研發(fā)和維護(hù)。

-執(zhí)行每年兩次的幼兒園督導(dǎo)檢查,根據(jù)第一次檢查的結(jié)果,進(jìn)行必要的跟蹤回訪,對(duì)所有檢查、督導(dǎo)、信件溝通等相關(guān)文件進(jìn)行整理和歸檔。

-為全國(guó)各地的Kids‘R’Kids幼兒園提供教育教學(xué)、運(yùn)營(yíng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和衛(wèi)生安全等方面的培訓(xùn),包括現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、遠(yuǎn)程錄播和直播等形式的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)。

-作為新建幼兒園籌建團(tuán)隊(duì)的主要參與者,協(xié)助進(jìn)行幼兒園的籌備并提供教學(xué)及質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方面的培訓(xùn),并對(duì)新幼兒園進(jìn)行開(kāi)園初期的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持。

-完成公司管理團(tuán)隊(duì)提前或臨時(shí)安排的相關(guān)事務(wù)

任職要求:

-碩士及以上學(xué)歷,幼兒教育專業(yè)者優(yōu)先

-有優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力,有海外學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先

-三年以上幼兒園教育相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

-對(duì)幼兒教育事業(yè)充滿熱情,對(duì)孩子充滿愛(ài)

-了解國(guó)家和地方在幼兒教育方面的相關(guān)規(guī)定、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求

-極強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí)、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)、學(xué)習(xí)能力、人際溝通能力、執(zhí)行力,高度的責(zé)任感,細(xì)致的工作風(fēng)格
