研發支持工程師崗位職責
崗位職責:
1.熟悉光伏逆變器產品的原理,性能,協助銷售人員溝通確認客戶的技術需求,技術相關的問題的應答和澄清;
2.根據客戶技術要求,作出解決方案,對逆變器&儲能系統作出軟硬件調整和修改;
3.協助完成產品及銷售工作,為完成銷售目標進行相關的客戶關系協調;
4.給銷售人員、售前、售后人員提供深度技術支持和培訓;
5.對接研發,提出機型整改方案并跟蹤實施,給規劃產品戰略發展方向和制定產品的策略提供建議和改進計劃;
6.上級安排的其他工作。
崗位要求:
1、電氣工程及其自動化專業或電力電子專業,本科或以上學歷,2年以上逆變器研發經驗;
2、了解并網逆變器或儲能逆變器基本拓撲以及常用控制方法;
3、了解通信電源或充電模塊基本拓撲以及常用控制方法;
4、了解電源系統EMC/EMI設計;
5、熟練使用Mathcad,AltiumDesigner等EDA軟件;
6、熟悉電源系統的常用指標,熟悉測試方法。
