4.Imakesomeconcreteonthefieldapplications.Itransformtheculture:GembaWalks,5S,Problemsolving,CIprojectmanagement.Idoitwithourindustrialpartnerswithconcretetargetsandactions,tochangethebehaviorsandwayofworkinginpartners.(morethan9partners)
5.Idevelopaninternationalofferof'learnings'accessibletothegreatestnumber.Isetinplaceallmeanstodevelopskillsandchangethepracticesfromdaytoday(training,elearnings...)

●主導(dǎo)平臺級持續(xù)改善黑帶項(xiàng)目:組織項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì),運(yùn)用DMAIC等結(jié)構(gòu)化方法論,針對平臺級重要共性問題挖掘根因并實(shí)施改善,全面保證項(xiàng)目成果的交付落地及整體目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
●培養(yǎng)及發(fā)展持續(xù)改善人才:作為精益六西格瑪黑帶,輔導(dǎo)并發(fā)展組織內(nèi)精益六西格瑪黃帶、綠帶人員,支持黃綠帶培訓(xùn)、輔導(dǎo)和認(rèn)證工作,確保項(xiàng)目從根因解決上實(shí)施有時(shí)效的、可持續(xù)的和可接受的改進(jìn)方案。
●推進(jìn)持續(xù)改善文化:擔(dān)任業(yè)務(wù)BP,在服務(wù)體驗(yàn)部各業(yè)務(wù)及交付中心推進(jìn)持續(xù)改善文化的落地,對業(yè)務(wù)的策略制定、項(xiàng)目選擇、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方面給出專業(yè)可行的指導(dǎo)建議。

●本科以上學(xué)歷,5年以上持續(xù)改善、流程優(yōu)化、數(shù)據(jù)分析、項(xiàng)目管理等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),服務(wù)行業(yè)及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)優(yōu)先,COPC認(rèn)證優(yōu)先;
●精益六西格瑪黑帶認(rèn)證,精通六西格瑪工具,熟練使用常用辦公軟件;

1.Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementinfactoriesandworkincoordinationwithallareasofoperations,production,administrationandthefrontend,utilizingthelatestandbestinclasstoolsandmethodologiesthatincludebutarenotlimitedto:SixSigma,LeanManufacturingandcomparabletechniques.
