持續(xù)改善經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

工作職責(zé)Responsibility:

1.Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementinfactoriesandworkincoordinationwithallareasofoperations,production,administrationandthefrontend,utilizingthelatestandbestinclasstoolsandmethodologiesthatincludebutarenotlimitedto:SixSigma,LeanManufacturingandcomparabletechniques.

2.DevelopImprovementPlansandexecuteontheimplementationoftheseplans.Identifydetailedmilestones,responsibleandclear,specificandachievableshortandlongtermgoalswithquantifiableobjectives.

3.Develop,implementandmaintainKeyPerformanceMetricstomeasuretheresultsachievedVsthegoalstargetedontheImprovementPlans.Monitortheperformanceonamonthlybasisofthemainobjectivesthatincludebutarenotlimitedto:OTD,ProductivityandEfficiency,OverTime,QualityPerformanceasPPM’s(ExternalandInternal),OperatingIncome,TotalCostSavings(Matrix),CostofQuality,etc.

4.Developandestablishcontinuousimprovementandcrossfunctionaldisciplineteams.Providethetraining,guidanceandmentoringoftheseteamstoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovement,developexecutionplansandassuretheeffectiveandsuccessfulimplementationoftheseplansachievingtheexpectedgoals.

5.ImplementaMotivationalandRecognitionProgramtoempowerandencourageallthepersonneltoidentifyandsuggestideasforthecontinuousimprovementofprocesses,products,methods,efficiency,quality,etc.

6.Leadandcontributetotherefinementanddevelopmentofexistentandnewoperationalrequirementsandstandards,andchampiontheadoptionofIndustry’sBestPractices&TechnologiesasrequiredandasthesebestpracticesprovetobebeneficialandinlinewiththeGlobalOrganizationalObjectives.

7.Identifyandmakesuggestionstothecompany’suppermanagement,onadetailedandprofessionalproject/planwithanalysisofROIand/orspecificbenefitsforthecompany,onnewequipment,technologies,processesorsystemsthatmaycontributetoachievetheOrganizationalObjectives.

8.MeetorexceedonamonthlybasistheGoalsdeterminedforcontinuousimprovement,costssavingsandOIfortheAsiadivisions.Andtimelyreport.

4.Capabilitytoworkwithpersonnelatdifferentorganizationallevels,strongleadershipskillstocoordinatecrossfunctionalteamswithdifferentabilitiesandexpertiselevels,abilitytocommunicateclearly,conciseandeffectivelytheactionsplansandobjectives,andbeabletoachievepositiveresultsanddeliverexpectedgoalswhenworkingwithnon-directreportpersonnel.

5.Trainingand/orCertificationonContinuousImprovementMethodologiesasLeanManufacturing,SixSigmaandcomparableindustrytechniques.

6.Soundandhands-onworkingexperiencemanagingandeffectivelyimplementingContinuousImprovementToolsandMethodologiesasLeanManufacturing,SixSigmaandcomparabletechniques,withverifiableandquantifiableachievements.

7.Excellentproblemmanagement,troubleshootingandanalyticalskills.

8.Workingexperienceonthefollowingmanufacturingprocesses:CNCmachining,PlasticMolding,Die-Casting,MetalStamp&Forming,Plating.

9.Knowledge,understandingandgoodinterpretationoftheorganization’sfinancialinformation.

10.Minimum3yearofSupervisoryexperiencewithdirectreportswithinatechnicallevel.

11.Ableandaccustomedtoworkunderpressurewithaggressivegoalsandinademandingenvironment.

12.Self-motivatedindividual,abletoworkandachievegoalswithaminimumandremotedirectsupervision.

1、負責(zé)機械設(shè)備制程生產(chǎn)工藝流程設(shè)計;

2、主導(dǎo)制程工藝改善及其合理化改善工作;

3、負責(zé)工廠規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)線布局;

4、負責(zé)生產(chǎn)制程分析,優(yōu)化工作;

5、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率提升工作;

6、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品制造流程及車間物流,降低產(chǎn)品制造周期和生產(chǎn)成本;

7、推動公司精益生產(chǎn)。

任職要求:
